The second one was an introduction-only sake bar in my neighborhood, where I was able to visit for the first time 😊.
It's the one with the Akane label, not Kameguchi!
I haven't had Murayu for a long time.
It's sweet, but I felt it was less sweet than the other Murayusyu I've had.
I couldn't tell what the wasanbon was this time💦.
I thought the acidity was wine-like.
Honjozo of Murayu (Japanese sake)
Wa" means "harmony" in Japanese.
The first aroma is faintly sweet.
It has a mildly sweet flavor like light brown sugar on the palate.
I have had Junmai Murayusuke several times, but every time I tasted it, I felt a strange acidity in the taste 😅I finally found a sweet-tasting Murayusuke.
It was very tasty with a nice sharpness 🍶✨.
Natsumikan, a summer sake from Murayu
As the name suggests, it's delicious heated or at room temperature, even though it's summer time.
It has a citrusy taste reminiscent of tangerines.
At 13%, it's easy to drink and you won't get tired of drinking it.
It has a sharp and clean aftertaste, and goes well with a meal.
It is also delicious!

The last sake of the trip home
Below is an introductory quote from the place of purchase.
Last fall.
I was curious about it even though I didn't have a chance to taste it! I got a bottle of "Murayu" called "Tokiwa" label in green color. I had had the opportunity to drink it several times at Japanese-style pubs, but this was the first time I bought it and had it face to face!
Murayu is sweet. Murayu is sweet, and Murayu is Wasanbon.
I took a sip of it with a vague image of what I was told.
I was shocked.
There was no wasanbon. The aroma was like mango! The sensation of the intense flavor melting in the back of my throat as if it were being sucked into my mouth was unintentionally amazing. I was surprised at the sensation of it melting in the back of my throat as if it were being sucked into my mouth.
There was no mistake in the introduction, it was a sake that melted in your mouth.
The label is a cute summer tangerine.
The label says "heated" and it seems to go well with heated sake, but when I drank it cold, it was so refreshing and the sweet-sourness of the tangerine-like taste made me drink it all cold.
I want to drink it again next year ^_^.
Slightly sour and moderately sweet.
The details of the summer draft sake are not disclosed, apparently. It is perfect for summer and can be drunk cold without any snacks.
