This is the first Murayu I was able to drink at home.
Unlike its image, it has a free-spirited taste with sweet and sour flavors that spread lightly.
It is like a wine.
On the second day, it has a softness like a pear, and the yankiness felt on the first day seems to have calmed down.
The taste was unexpected for me, but I would like to repeat it.
The locally grown peanuts 🥜 that I buy every year at the JA's weekly vegetable sale turned out to be delicious. Boiled in salt went well with Murayu.
It has a characteristic nutty, caramel-like sweet and savory taste. There was also a slight acidity, and the flavor spread gently and was enjoyed slowly. Delicious.
I couldn't really taste it when it was cold, so I returned it to cold at room temperature and it was outstanding. It was also good lukewarm👍.
It grows to a sweet flavor with a sense of fresh ripeness, retaining the Wasanbon-like sweetness that is typical of Murayusuke.
The citrusy acidity and bitterness are also very beautifully woven together.

Second kind today.
First sip. Aromatic and sweet. The sweetness rushes into the mouth at once. It smells like banana.
Second sip. The sweetness becomes a bit gentler, and the sharpness comes out, making it easier to drink.
[Fourth drink of the day 🍶]
Murayu Tokiwa Label
Alcohol content: 15%.
The aroma is sweet with a caramel aroma.
The mouthfeel is elegantly sweet.
You can taste the umami in the middle,
The aftertaste is gentle and sweet.
If it were called "Wasanbon," it might be true.
The sweetness of this sake may make it a good choice as a food sake.
However, it is also possible to savor this bottle alone. Recommended for those who like sweet sake.
