This is the first sake made with Yume Issho.
Clear sake with an ethyl caproate-type ginjo aroma of apples, pears, etc.
It is easy to drink with a good balance of moderate sweetness and acidity. I like it a lot.
Compared with unfiltered raw sake.
Compared to it, it is light or sharp.
I thought it was like a young tomato 🍅 and thought 'it will be interesting if I raise the temperature❗️' 😊.
A little yellow. Quite sharp. Sweet fruity taste on the palate. It might remain on the tongue a little. It tastes like shochu because it is made from shochu malt.
Yume Ippon
I've had many sakes that I thought were like white wine, but this one is one of the most white wine-like.
I don't know if "easy to drink, like white wine" is the right word of praise for sake, but for those who are not good at sake, this is a great entry point.
The aroma, apple-like and grape-like. The sweetness is not so strong, and the bitterness spreads after the drink.
It can be enjoyed either on its own or with food.
I love it ❤️ 97 points.
It is powerful and has a unique acidity.
It was slightly fruity and slightly winey.
The balance is not bad, and it seems to have a wide range of uses as a food wine. It went well with cream cheese.
It was an interesting drink 🍶.
The Black Helmet booth.
They were polite to the drunken crowd and talked about Kurokabuto well.
I think it had an impressive acidity and a strong flavor.
