先月池亀を飲んで黒兜も飲んでみたいなー🙄なんて投稿をしていたのですが、次の日の青山三河屋のインスタに黒兜入荷の告知が😂
早速買ってまいりました。
この時期限定の生酒で最近流行りの白麹でも紅麹でもなく黒麹を使っているそうです。
上立ち香はほんのりイチゴのシロップ🍓のような甘い香り。
口に含むと綺麗な酸味に透明感のある甘味と旨味。
仄かな甘味を感じながらスッとキレていく感じ。
池亀のお酒は2本目ですが、ここのお酒は透明感をすごく感じますね。
美味しかったです🍶✨🐢

これまた福岡、黒兜 純米吟醸。焼酎に使われる黒麹を使って醸されたお酒さんです。
一口飲んでびっくり、甘い。とろりとした口当たりの中にはっきりとした甘味があります。柿みたいな甘味ですね。香りは穏やかながらふくよかな甘さがある。面白いですね。

First time visiting a liquor store.
I bought a bottle of ginjo-shu made with black malted rice, wondering what it was like.
I found out that it is the same malt used to brew shochu (distilled spirit).
The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of ginjo 😄.
It has a slightly tingling sensation, the delicious taste of rice can be detected, and the refreshing acidity reminds me of apple 🍎.
It goes down the throat and is refreshingly clean and crisp. 👍✌️

Sake from Fukuoka. Good aroma. The taste is mild. It is delicious.
Fukuoka has an image of shochu, but actually sake is also delicious. I remember now. Fukuoka was the top place to live in Japan, surpassing Otaru.
