It retains a little bit of my image of Shizuoka sake, but something different.
I like the cool and clean atmosphere.
I don't think it will interfere with a meal. Delicious.
Hatsukame Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki
Aroma is modest😊.
The taste is clean with a hint of sweetness of the vinegared iso type as shown on the back label (slightly sweet! Sugar type mellowness?)
The crisp aftertaste makes it easy to drink 🥰.
It's a very refreshing sake from Shizuoka Prefecture. It was easy to drink with a vinegar-iso-refreshing taste!
I'll try it with bonito next time 😁.
Dry with a muscat-like aroma. I bought it because I was attracted by the phrase "dry with a muscat-like aroma" 🍶. It certainly has a nice aroma. Refreshing" is apt 👍.
It's a good summer sake to drink cold and crisp!
Beautiful! I have the impression that it is beautiful! Fruity and juicy, but not too showy aroma, maybe because it is from Shizuoka? It has a clear and delicate taste. It would be good with sakura shrimps or sea breams!
Hatsukame, Fujieda's sake.
The ginjo aroma is pleasant without being overly fragrant. This is the power of the ginjo kingdom.
Not only does it not interfere with the meal, but stir-fried oysters with vegetables and two pieces of sashimi from the supermarket make this ginjo-shu delicious. This is also a sake for a meal, as the snacks make the sake delicious.
I love Shizuoka sake such as Shoyuki, Isobojama, Kaiun, Kikusen, and Shidaisen.
Hatsukame is a good choice if you want to drink Shizuoka Ginjo-style Ginjo-style sake.
By the way, Hatsukame is also great when heated.
Hatsukame is also great when heated.
The world is buzzing about the summer days, but even in these days, Hatsukame is the best when heated.
But even in such a time, heated sake is the best.
I also like Shizuoka sake,
I also like Shizuoka sake, and I like Kaiun, Isojiman, Kikuizumi, Shidaisen, Shoyuki, and so on, but I also agree with Hatsukame for Shizuoka Ginjo.
I also like Kaiun, Isojumma, Kikuizumi, Shotaizumi, Shoyuki, etc., but I also agree with Hatsukame when it comes to Shizuoka Ginjo.
Chilled: The flavor changes smoothly, leaving a lingering umami aftertaste.
100% Shizuoka sake rice "Honorifuji
Founded in 1636, it is the oldest sake brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture and the 31st in Japan.
Fukuharasan's hanpukai.
Brand name I didn't know.
Aroma of cemedine feeling. Sweet and sour taste.
Sake with umami on the way. Yakiniku today.
We enjoyed grilled beef tongue, misuji, and 5-second ribs with wasabi shoyu and tare sauce.
I recommend Fukuharasan's hanpukai for its wide variety.
Today, this is 2,398 yen.
This regular sake is made from uninspected rice Yamada-Nishiki handled by the Tojo Town Minori Agricultural Cooperative in Hyogo Prefecture. Normal Yamada-Nishiki rice is 2.0 or larger in size, but this uninspected rice is rice that fails to meet the standard and is 2.0 or smaller in size and 1.95 or larger in size. Because it is uninspected rice, it is not assigned a grade and therefore cannot claim to be a sake with a specific name. As a result, it is a regular sake, but a fine, good sake with excellent cost performance is produced.
Hmmm, so fine.
Delicious.
