Purchased sake from Hatsugame's brewery for the sake competition.
On a flat surface, the flavor chart is right in the middle, but from the side, the height is off the charts! It is a polished and polished drop. I was a little surprised because it is different from the Hatsukame I know. It's like my friend who wears normal clothes has put on a suit (laughs).
