Hatsukame in summer is Blue.
From this year, it has become a light nigori (light cloudy) 😊.
Like Isobojimai, it is made from 100% Yamada Nishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture.

It has a slight sweetness to it.
It has a bit of sweetness, but it has a refreshing taste.

I underestimated it.

I give it a 6 because it's readily available locally, but it was even better than that.
