It is very time-delayed, but I drank Hatsukame no Ai on New Year's Day! This luxurious sake was made with Tojo-produced Yamadanishiki from the Tokushu A district! It is a Daiginjo, so it had a great aroma and a refined taste. It also had a hint of sweetness that went well with osechi! It was a great way to start the New Year!
