I bought a bottle of Mukaze at Sakaizendo Hokuichi in Nagoya City.
I was able to buy a bottle of the same Mukaze at Sakaizendo Hakuichi in Nagoya City.
Today is Mukade, the second time it has appeared.
After opening the bottle, it immediately had a nice aroma.
I wonder if it is because it is a daiginjo.
The taste is robust and dry. There is no fruit in it. Yona? 🤔

It was taken at "Yakitori Tomifuku" when we went to Morioka.
It was open when we were in Corona, but on that day we were turned down once due to reservations, and my wife said, "I'm not satisfied!" and we ate lightly at another place before visiting again.

So, I drank Gifu's Mukaze. When the waiter brought a bottle, my wife frowned.
I asked her to pull it out immediately because I don't like insects.
The taste was clean and slightly dry. Well, it was normal.
So, I had a workshop in Morioka today, so I went to "Tastovan" before the workshop.
No, they have quite a good selection.
I couldn't see the Jyushiyo that was at the Miyako store, but Isohajime, Kahayo, Hirotogawa, Kawanakajima, Kozo-Mori, Saku, Nabeshima, and many others that are hard to see in person. (Д゜゜゜)
On-line, you can only buy one bottle per person, but I was even more surprised to see that they were sold without any restrictions. (O_O)
Since I didn't have much time and it was too hot, I found a 300ml bottle of "Kosumorimori" and bought only 3 kinds of sake.
I was honestly impressed that they have so many different brands from outside of the prefecture in Morioka.
I'll come back to stock up when it cools down.
