Easy to drink. It has a refreshingly rich flavor with a touch of bitterness.
Shiroshika Hana Kohaku Yuzu & Hyuhanatsu
Junmai Daiginjo based liqueur. At tasting events, I always drink citrus liqueurs to reset my palate.
I always think it is very citrusy and delicious 😋.
My impression of Shiraga is more of a liqueur than a sake😅.
