When it was at room temperature, the alcohol smell eased and a sweetness emerged.
When warmed to lukewarm, the alcohol smell was felt again, perhaps due to the volatilization of the alcohol. The umami flavor seems to have increased slightly.
When heated to hot, the taste and flavor disappear.
Conclusion: Best at room temperature.
The evaluation is normal for a cup of sake, as there were no expectations.
