Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Some nigori rice may still have some rice grains, but this one is so smooth you'd think it was mixed in a blender 😆😆😆! It's so smooth 😆😆😆.
You can tell just by taking a sip that the alcohol content is high 😲!
As the label says, it's very rich 😆😆.
Gentle sweetness and a little bit of
It's a small 300ml bottle, so you can finish it in no time 😆.

Good morning♪
I had this the other day at a liquor store tasting.
I thought it was sweet, but was surprised by the dry toro 😳I will post a different Shiromayumi soon 😁.
Koizo 😆😆 Yes! I like sweet sake and I thought it was sweet 😂I was surprised because it was dry lol! I like sweet sake and I assumed it was sweet 😂I was surprised because it was dry lol🤣I'm glad to share this mood😂I'm waiting for other Shiromayumi posts: ⤴️
February Tasting at Ikema Sake Shop (1)
Sake tasting events were held all over the Kansai region, but I went to Icoma in my neighborhood as usual 😁.
First, Shiromayumi!
Sake from the Japan Famous Sake Club's hanpukai!
It tastes like a lactobacillus drink or yogurt!
A little light, but I don't dislike the taste.
It's a Gifu sake, but for some reason they use Akita Komachi.
Is it because the price of rice is rising?
I drank a bottle of nama sake at the end of the year and it tasted similar, but I wonder if that's a feature of Shiromayumi.
But the Hakumayumi I drank at a Gifu sake event didn't taste like that 🤔.

Rice used: Hidahomare
I went to Hida. Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and I was amazed at the depth of the snow.
This time, I bought a famous sake, Shira Mayumi, in Shirakawa-go.
It seems that Hidahomare is a kind of rice used for sake. Here we go.
It has a very pleasant aroma with a strong sweet freshness. It is smooth on the palate, with a slight sweetness and a strong richness. I don't think there are many sake rice with such a full-bodied flavor.
Overall, it was a refreshing sake. Thank you again for the sake tonight!
Year-end party, 6th bottle of sake rice project, Gifu limited edition Shiromayumi, purchased at Hirayu bus center, as Gifu is our neighbor. It is a sake from Hida. It is said to be light and refreshing, but it is a mountain sake. It came with a thud. The sake rice is Hidahomare, which was produced for Hida sake, and it is said to sound like a bass note. The finish was crisp and clean.
It's freshly pressed, unfiltered, unadjusted and bottled sake.
When I drank it, it had a tangy, gassy taste and a delicious fresh sweetness 😊.
The next day it had more juicy fruitiness and tasted even better! Yum 💕
Ryogoku Station Thermal Station
Shiromayumi.
I was told that this is a locally consumed sake, and it was my first time drinking it myself.
It was easy to drink, with great flavor but not too much of the classic feel.
I liked this one the best at this event.
Delicious!
It really is super thick!
It's thick and crazy rich, but it doesn't linger ✨Amazingly refreshing!
Delicious! I love it 😆.
Nigori is delicious in winter 😋.
Completely jacked up 😆.

Slightly sweet aroma 🍾.
The mouthfeel is soft and sweet at first.
Soon after, sharp acidity asserts itself tangily, and then it snaps out, leaving a lingering aromatic aftertaste. 😌
I bought this as a packet and thought it looked sweet, but there were a lot of comments on various posts that it was quite peculiar, so I opened the bottle with caution, but for me it's a very drinkable sake.
But I was wary of opening the bottle, but it was very easy to drink.
Now, let's have another glass. ‼️
The bottle jacket says that it starts out clean, but after a few days it becomes fruity with a lot of flavor.... 🧐
I think I'll leave it at that for today and go to Koei Chrysanthemum next~. 😅
