It's a rare sake because it's limited to the brewery.
The specs are that the special A Banshu Yamadanishiki is polished to 40% 🌾.
That's why it tastes so good. ‼️

My husband bought me some Shiro Mayumi on a business trip the other day and when I told him it was delicious, he bought me some more 🥰 and this time it was pure and large! ♥️
At first it's mellow and sweet, but as you drink it, it has a nice sourness to it and it's still delicious~!
I went to the liquor store again today to buy some more, but spring sake is the best. ✌️✌️

Cory bought this for me on his trip to Japan, which included a Doburoku Festival in Shirakawago.
The label mentions a sharp taste to this sake and they were not exaggerating! It has a sharp, almost spicy flavor complemented by an almost unctuous richness. Delicious and fascinating!
