Today, we visited two breweries in Hida Furukawa!
Two breweries are right next to each other, so we didn't walk too far 💦150m or so 😅.
I took a bottle of the newest sake from this month at the brewery's store.
It has fine bubbles with a slight effervescence. It is not juicy like fruit, but the original freshness of the rice is pleasant 😄.
By the way, a couple of my acquaintances in Hida Furukawa are Shiromayumi drinkers. ma-ki-Good evening, @Mizuhashi.
It's quintessential that you're not too busy with your drinking activities until the end of the year ✨.
Is it snowing heavily ⛄?
I'm very curious about the original freshness of the rice, Shiromayumi 😊. @水橋Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌆.
I was out with my wife at a health insurance affiliated hotel in Takayama for one night 😃 via a brewery😅.
I have a strong image of Hida sake as heated sake and nigori sake, but I realize I just didn't know 💦I'm not learning enough. しんしんSYFrom Hida Takayama to Furukawa Town, Hida City

Found a cedar ball 💡.
The day before, we found a barrel of Shiromayumi.
I was curious about the brand name, and it turned out to be the brewery!
At the store in the brewery, some people were asking the staff to tell them about the many sakes they had on hand.
I was quietly reading the description of each sake!
I found it!
I've seen many brands named after family names and first names, but I found a sake with my own name on it 🍶.
With my wife's approval, I bought it!
This year is a milestone in my life, let's open a bottle around our wedding anniversary in June.
So I'll let you know how I feel about it.
I'm so happy and happy, I feel like I'm on a trip 😋.
On the other side of the street was the Watanabe Sake Brewery!
There was a crowd of people here and everyone was tasting the sake!
I was driving, so I was just watching!
Let's enjoy the Hida Hourai we bought the day before at night 🌉!

When you have accomplished something, or on a special occasion to commemorate a momentous occasion, you want to seal off a bottle of your favorite sake. Shira Mayumi Shin Daiginjo" is a very special bottle for that very occasion. Yamada-Nishiki rice, which is said to be the representative rice for high-quality sake brewing, is polished to 35% and named "Shin" to signify true sake, the highest grade of sake that Hakumayumi is proud of.
