Shiromayumi drunk for the first time at Gifu Sake Event Naturally, it was my first time drinking at home! According to the website of the Meimon Sake Association, it is a pure sake. Fresh and slightly effervescent. It has a slight lactic acidity and a lightness that makes you feel the high alcohol content. It has an atmosphere like a wine yeast sake with a bit of bitterness at the end. Hmmm 🤔 It's sweet, but the pungency is also competing with the unique taste of lactic acid like yogurt. A liquor store tasted it and said it was subtle, but I guess I should have listened to a professional's opinion. I was wondering why the domain name of the official site is yancha.com 😅 I'm starting to wonder if it's possible after a few days 🤔. I'm starting to think 🤔.

It's been a long time since I've had a Kanagame. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it at the liquor store where I bought it. I'm sure you'll like it 😅. I've had 80 before but this time I chose 90. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I'm sure it's a good idea. It has a light golden color. It has a sourness and a sweetness like candy or honey. There is a nuance of woody aroma. I don't mind it, but it seems to be divided into different likes and dislikes.

微かに黄色味がかった透明。カスタードクリームや乳酸菌飲料を思わせる甘い香り。香りの強さは控えめ。甘酸っぱい口当たり。ややスムースなテクスチャー。キレ良く短めの余韻。爽酒。

開栓3日目、燗にしてみると芳醇な香り、甘酸っぱい含み香、後を引く口当たりの良さ。美味しくてついつい進みます。飲み飽きしない酒とはこういうことか。やっぱり醇酒かな?

微かに黄色味がかった透明。リンゴを思わせるフルーティさと稲藁の香ばしさがあいまった、やや強めの芳醇な香り。口当たりはややシャープな酸味と苦味。まろやかでやや舌触りの残るテクスチャー。キレ良く短めの余韻。爽酒と薫酒を合わせ持つ。
