Shiromayumi drunk for the first time at Gifu Sake Event Naturally, it was my first time drinking at home! According to the website of the Meimon Sake Association, it is a pure sake. Fresh and slightly effervescent. It has a slight lactic acidity and a lightness that makes you feel the high alcohol content.
