Thanks again for your hard work this week: ☺️
This first one is a souvenir from my husband's business trip to Hida 📦️🍶
This was delicious🥺♥️
The acidity and juiciness spread to the aftertaste and you can drink as much as you want~!!!! LOL!
Thanks for the treat 🥰.
Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Gifu.
It is dry and highly aromatic. I tried heating it up, but I think it is better served cold. Looking forward to dinner.
Today I opened a bottle of Takayama sake that was sold at the Kanayama General Station last week.
I got the numbering 100, limited to 168 bottles: ✌️
It's a very good sake, with a nice, strong taste.
It is sweet and I think I will drink too much.
Sake purchased on a trip to Gifu. The taste of the water comes first. Then comes the gentle aroma and texture on the tongue. The taste is refreshing, but there is a little bit of spiciness at the end. It is a good sake.
It is a delicious water-based sake.
However, it is a little different from the sake made with delicious water in Yamanashi. Maybe it is the aroma.
You've already picked out your labels today!
See, it's the weekend, and everyone has a great week kanpai! 🎉
No, no, no, this week has been hot and then very cold, which tends to make me sick, and the temperature difference tends to irritate me, so I've been getting a lot of flak from people! Kampai 🎉 (I just want to say it and be said it)
Let's have fun drinking 😙🍶💕!
I picked up this sake that I had never seen before at the supermarket.
I was wondering how good it would taste since it's reasonably priced, but it goes well with strong flavors!
I think it is suitable for warming sake.
It has a mild aroma and a smooth taste.
It has a mild aroma and a smooth mouthfeel.
I started with a cold sake, but the softness lingered and made me happy!
I'll add more if it doesn't get too hebere by the time it's heated up.
Today 10/26 is doburoku day (10.2.6) 🍶! 😆🍶💕
I couldn't do this last year, so I waited a year.
I was so motivated that I said in the morning meeting that I was going home on time for personal reasons, but I was able to do my work normally and go home normally. But it doesn't matter! It's all about enthusiasm, isn't it?
I'm so excited! I'm so excited!
I've been saving it for a few months now, not touching it, because I wanted to compare the top and the bottom of the doburoku! I'm a gutsy guy this year, man! Woo hoo! 😆
Now, my first experience with doburoku....
The top clear liquid may be good if you sip it, but the bottom part will get mixed up...... so here it comes...! A straw!
The appearance of the drinking part is suspiciously funny.
Now, my impression.
I took it cold because it would boil up if I heated it up...what is this...sweet and umami...soft on the palate and easy to drink.
It is soft and easy to drink....
Then I put a straw into the bottom of the bottle...it's heavy! I can feel the weight of the sediment!
The taste is amazake-like, but the smoothness of the rice spreads directly to the mouth, interesting 🤣.
The viscosity is so high that it takes a lot of effort to suck it through the straw, which is funny.
I had avoided doburoku because I thought the name sounded harsh, but it's totally interesting!
Good morning, Nemuta 😃
I see ‼️ is a doburoku day 😄You're right, there are assumptions from the name 😆 I'll try it next time 😋.
Oh! Congratulations on your 200+ CI 🤗㊗️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😆.
It's a fun doburoku day! It was quite a new experience to feel the richness not by taste but by 'suction' 😆 I would love to try it with a straw! (I didn't notice the 200CI at all 👍🎊.
