さといも@カブで道の駅巡りSake purchased on a trip to Gifu. The taste of the water comes first. Then comes the gentle aroma and texture on the tongue. The taste is refreshing, but there is a little bit of spiciness at the end. It is a good sake. It is a delicious water-based sake. However, it is a little different from the sake made with delicious water in Yamanashi. Maybe it is the aroma.

I was wondering how good it would taste since it's reasonably priced, but it goes well with strong flavors! I think it is suitable for warming sake. It has a mild aroma and a smooth taste. It has a mild aroma and a smooth mouthfeel. I started with a cold sake, but the softness lingered and made me happy! I'll add more if it doesn't get too hebere by the time it's heated up.

ねむたToday 10/26 is doburoku day (10.2.6) 🍶! 😆🍶💕 I couldn't do this last year, so I waited a year. I was so motivated that I said in the morning meeting that I was going home on time for personal reasons, but I was able to do my work normally and go home normally. But it doesn't matter! It's all about enthusiasm, isn't it? I'm so excited! I'm so excited! I've been saving it for a few months now, not touching it, because I wanted to compare the top and the bottom of the doburoku! I'm a gutsy guy this year, man! Woo hoo! 😆 Now, my first experience with doburoku.... The top clear liquid may be good if you sip it, but the bottom part will get mixed up...... so here it comes...! A straw! The appearance of the drinking part is suspiciously funny. Now, my impression. I took it cold because it would boil up if I heated it up...what is this...sweet and umami...soft on the palate and easy to drink. It is soft and easy to drink.... Then I put a straw into the bottom of the bottle...it's heavy! I can feel the weight of the sediment! The taste is amazake-like, but the smoothness of the rice spreads directly to the mouth, interesting 🤣. The viscosity is so high that it takes a lot of effort to suck it through the straw, which is funny. I had avoided doburoku because I thought the name sounded harsh, but it's totally interesting!

かうぽんThe aroma is not grapey, but feels like pear. The mouthfeel is sweet and grapey. The sweetness gives a tingling sensation and leaves a sweet aftertaste. It is an easy-drinking, sweet-tasting sake with no cloying taste. It was served with soup of Chinese stir-fry with green pepper and egg. We enjoyed it deliciously.

かうぽんThe aroma is a little alcoholic. It is a dark sake with a sweet umami taste. The alcohol feeling comes from the umami and it is dry and sharp. Pork, potatoes, cabbage consommé and butter. It was delicious with stewed pork, potato, cabbage, consommé and butter, cured ham, onion cheese, and crackers. We enjoyed it with crackers. A dark, umami-filled food sake that is also delicious with fish.

かうぽんMild aroma. Sweetness and tartness with a slight astringency from the umami taste. The sweetness is banana-like and tasty. The astringent taste is crisp. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. It was served with fried salmon tartar and croquettes. It was delicious. The aftertaste is a little sweet and astringent. Good balance with no unpleasant astringent taste at all.
