Sake from the breweries of Chojamori and Koshino-Kanchubai. I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but I bought it because it was on special price and there was a draft. According to the Internet, the rice is Koshitanrei. I've seen the hi-ire version but only at Ito-Yokado 🤔. I heard it was developed in collaboration with Takaoka National College of Technology, and the 888th sake out of 1200 test brews was so good that they decided to commercialize it. Sourness like wine. It has sweetness but it's not like sake. As the description says, I would like to match it with meat and cheese.

My sake-loving friend told me about this inexpensive and delicious sake! I checked the brewery's website and found that it was sold at Ito-Yokado! I decided to give it a try and bought it...it was delicious! A little acidic and crisp! It has a slightly tangy aftertaste! It is indeed like after drinking white wine! There are also delicious liquors sold in supermarkets! It was such a new experience! By the way, the one my friend was drinking was labeled as "Nama Gen Sake". I think that's probably why she said it was sweet and tasty! I would like to try the Nama sake someday!

We all received this as a souvenir from a trip to Nakatsugawa at a home drinking party for two days in a row! Polishing ratio 50%. It is said to be a sake like wine! I'm looking forward to it! The smell was... not much, but it smelled slightly crisp and dry. When you drink it, you will notice a slight umami flavor and quite a bit of acidity! When paired with cheese, this acidity disappears and it's like a swishy drink! It was very tasty!
