Purchased at a local liquor store.
I was attracted by the stylish name and the label, which says it is a sake like white wine. It is said to go well with meat and cheese, but unfortunately, today's entrée was grilled hokke and grilled vegetables.
The aroma is not very strong. It has a light taste with a strong acidity like white wine. I personally don't like the strong acidity, but it is a good wine to drink during a meal because you can feel the umami of rice in the latter half of the wine.

I found a drink that looked a little interesting and popped it in ☝️ lol
I've tried 1200 times to make a new sake that fits with modern food.
The 888th one was the best, hence the name.
The aroma is banana🍌-like, but with a hint of sourness.
Taste is sour as expected 😅.
It has a sake-like taste, but it's sourness is trying to make it more like a white wine.
Not the same as juicy sourness 💦.
It's kind of a deliberate sourness.
There is some sweetness, but not enough umami.
Sweet and sour but dry structure.
I wonder if this means it is adapted to the modern diet 🤔.
Taste is not rounded, a bit hard to drink for me personally, even though it's a bottle 😅.

This liquor is like wine and is wrapped in a sweet aroma.
Satisfied by the smell.
