This sake is from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture. The low alcohol content was achieved without adding water, which is a welcome specification for a sake that is not strong while maintaining a rich aroma and delicious taste 🥺.
It is mildly fruity and sweet, so it is like a white wine. I like it very much! The toji's are close in age and I'm happy about that too ✨.

First of all, the smell of cedar that opened it is amazing🥰💕.
I took a sip and it had a unique aroma for a moment.
I thought it might not be my favorite type. I thought it would be my least favorite type.
Surprisingly refreshing, slightly sour and easy to drink☺️💜.
The aroma seems to be similar to Tamagawa's sake...?
It was a perfect match with the drunken prawns 🤩.

The acidity is very effective.
It tastes like melon juice, but with the complexity of sake lees 😋.
I drank it thinking it would be quite sweet since it has a sake degree of -4, but it is not that sweet.
It was juicy and ended up tasting like light tortoise shell candy, which left a thin taste on the palate and cut off along with the astringency 😎.
In my opinion, I like it a lot😍.
On the second day, the sweetness became stronger and closer to that of a tortoiseshell candy.

The alcohol content is 13, so it is relatively light. Low alcohol is easier to drink in summer.
Fruity. Almost no pungency.
The aroma is subdued and calm, and the taste is gentle. It was not too thin due to the fact that it is a pure sake, but it did not have the characteristic richness of a pure sake.
It was not flashy and gave a mature impression overall.
It is not assertive, so it is easy to match with meals.
