This is a gem found at the Tamagawa Onsen (hot spring) store. I like "Yukino Kayasha", but I have never seen it in the Kanto area. I wonder if it is only distributed locally. The taste is similar to that of the black label "Yamahai" of the Snow Kayasha. It is a little spicy and has a strong umami and bitterness. It has a complex flavor and a great balance. Snow Kayasha offers this taste at a reasonable price with Yamahai, which is really great! I love Snow Kayasha!
When it is there, I buy it.
It is fruity and easy to drink like water.
It is very tasty with a hint of dryness, but also sweet and fruity.
Goes great with sashimi.
Be careful not to drink too much!
I felt a sweet and mellow taste right after opening the bottle, but now, a week after opening the bottle, the bitterness has come out and I feel it has changed to a clear and crisp sake 🤔.
Each has a different flavor and is good!

On a summer night 🍶✨✨
Slightly sweet aroma
Gentle fullness on the palate
Sweet aftertaste lingers unexpectedly
Yum... ☺️💕
A few days after opening the bottle
The sweetness is more pronounced on the palate when the wine is allowed to play in the mouth for a bit than at the moment of sipping, and the gorgeousness on the nose is amazing!

I think I got some bitterness in the aftertaste after some time after opening.
Yamadaho is a rare variety that is the parent of Yamadanishiki. It has a relatively strong fruity aroma and a tight texture on the palate. It was smooth, light, and delicious.
