A different taste from the hi-ire version. It has a good balance of fruity, light and rich rice flavor...or so we say. Anyway, it is delicious.
On the first day of opening the bottle, it was fresh enough, but not too sharp and gorgeous.
Today is the 10th day, I guess, and it has settled down, but not so much in the "alu" sense. It's more umami. It still tastes good!
I will have another bottle next year!

Hiraccio-san Good evening😊I have always been interested in the design of Bishu...this is the first time I have had it! It was truly a beautiful and wonderful sake ✨I was reminded of how wonderful sake is😊.
T.KISO-san ♥Bishu no Sekkei ♥It really lived up to its name 😊It has all the good things about sake and is really carefully crafted. And it is even better when it is fire-aged! I will definitely buy and drink some 😊.
