At first sip, I felt the sweetness of the rice and wondered if it was a sweet sake. But as I drank more and more, it had a nice spiciness to it that I liked 😊.
I thought I understood why it is a popular sake!
On the second day, I felt it became sweeter and a little thicker, but it was also delicious!

Aroma is gorgeous cupped + alcohol smell.
Quite a strong sweet taste! Pineapple 🍍 taste similar to the aroma, sweet and acidic and clean!
The aftertaste is clean and elegant as it doesn't falter! It's elegant!
I wonder if this flavor is similar to that of Toyo Fat Man's series. This is the first time I have tasted a sake designed by Bishu! 😍
