The last one is also a dry Kochi sake. Funaka Hachisaku
The refreshing taste of summer sake and the lingering aftertaste made for another enjoyable evening.

3 kinds of drinks to compare
Yamamoto Pure Black Junmai Ginjo
→ Fruity, with a bitter aftertaste, but with a good sharpness
Hirotogawa Special Junmai
→ Dry but with umami
Tsukiyotan Funaka Hachisaku
→ You may think it is super dry, but you can enjoy the depth of flavor that spreads out as you taste it
Thanks to the delicious rice cooked in an earthenware pot and the elaborate dishes, the drinking doesn't stop after this!
It is easy to drink without any habit. It is easy to drink with a dry taste coming afterwards!
Recommended by the owner of a new restaurant we visited!
Junmai Super Dry 🍶.
Kochi-Ehime train trip 🚃Day 1
Here is the second cup at Hirome Market. Lemon-like acidity 🍋. It has a light taste that is unexpected from the impression I had of Tosa sake. Good with bonito 👍Good with handmade fried kibinago (dried sardines) 😋The energetic proprietress was very nice.
