This is the first time I have had hiyaoroshi Funaka Hachosaku, and although it seems mild due to its high alcohol content, it has a dangerous aroma if drunk too much lol. However, the taste is firm, robust, and masculine. The dryness is also gentlemanly and has a wonderful flavor. The dryness does not disappoint! I was satisfied! I am thankful to be able to drink good sake in good health tonight!
