Business trip to Yamaguchi
Another first for me in Shin-Yamaguchi!
I've been to many places near the station that seem to have a good selection of sake, so I went to a place about 7-8 minutes walk from the station.
This is the 9th restaurant in the area around Shin-Yamaguchi station where there are not many restaurants (sorry locals 🙇 ), and I'm doing a pretty good job of exploring the area 🤣.
I'll try this one today, Amami.
If the store is not that particular about sake, it only lists the brand on the menu.
I'd like to know what it is, but I often don't ask 🙇. I'd like to know, but I often don't ask 🥴.
What came out this time was Momoten🍑 light nigori.
I haven't had this one, first time! It was good!
But is it out of season? 😅
When you drink it, is it sweet and sour?
I'd say it's more sweet than sour.
Clean, clean, fresh, a little fruity.
Fresh, a bit fruity.
Muscat type?
Delicious 😋.
I liked this place.

Good morning, Takashi!
I'm sure you're all about exploring new opportunities and drinking life 😁✨.
I'm sure you're right, if the specs aren't written down, I'm not sure which one it is 😅. I'm sure it's not written in the specs😅.
Momoten, I'm reminiscing 😘 how it tasted sweeter and tastier with the passage of time 😋.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😊.
Surprisingly, I have the impression that izakayas near Shin-Yamaguchi station don't carry Tenbi. (personal research😆)
I'm glad you found Momoten🍑 in such a situation 🥰.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
Yes, I know. Since I'm coming all the way to Yamaguchi to drink, I'd like one I've never had 🥳 or so I think. Probably out of season, but I'm glad I could drink Momoten 🥰.
