I chilled it in the fridge and drank it about 10 minutes after taking it out of the fridge. There is almost no smell. In the mouth, it tastes a little bitter and spreads to the side. Still, it is a bit dry and orthodox to drink. It is a sake without any peculiarities. In fact, I compared it with a Junmai Ginjo from the same Akagisan. The difference is subtle.

Akagiyama is a mountain of opportunity. We opened the second bottle of the Akagisan Corps that arrived the other day!
The punchy freshness of the earlier Etsukaijin is good, but Akagisan's smooth, clear, bright, dry, crisp, and smooth taste is just as exceptional as its freshness and smoothness.

After leaving Ogimachi Park, Nemuchi and I went to 2 liquor stores, Niigata, and Hankyu 😁.
I had a glass of Akagisan for the first time in a while and it was a little sweeter than the ones I had in the past, but it felt spicy 🤔.
Centrifugal nigori and the raw sake I've had in the past were easier to drink...
