This is the first appearance of this brand at Takatsuki Hankyu, and it is one of the rare brands in the Kansai region.
It is a 50% polished Gohyakumangoku sake. It is a clear and dry sake, and you can enjoy it with any snacks ^_^.
The second half of summer(?) The last of the "Akagisan" summer sake trio is now on tap!
It is a rare light nigori type. Honestly, I think I like it better than regular nigori 👍.
When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is calm and fruity, with hints of apples, pears, and peaches.
The mouthfeel is moist, clean, and silky. It has a smoothness that wraps around the palate, and a nigori-stained Yamadanishiki umami flavor. It is not a refreshing type of sake, but its silky, featureless taste is matched by the purity typical of "Akagisan," making it pleasant to drink even when it is hot!
However, the sharpness of the pungent and astringent taste can be felt in the soft depths, making you realize the character of "Akagiyama!
The big triangle of summer: Shibainu, Suzusake, and light nigori. I was able to enjoy it again this year ✨.
The second "Akagisan" of the summer is the stable "Suzusake" every year!
The bottle pattern is slightly different again this year, so take a good look and enjoy ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the yogurt-like aroma derived from the acidity.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth. The impression is that it is less acidic than the ones I've had in the past, and the low alcohol content and purity typical of Akagisan makes it easy to drink!
Mild balance of sweet & sour and coolness. It tastes like a yoghurina with a moderate sweetness👍.
The citrus taste with an assertive sourness was good, but I personally prefer the yogurt feeling of this year!
I could drink it endlessly.
It's still early, but I can't help but look forward to next year!
This is the last of the 180 ml size I bought 6 bottles!
I've been working 5 straight days, not 3 in a row. I'm going to drink my favorite "Akagisan" to nourish my energy.
Akagisan is my energy drink. I'm proud of its sharpness, smoothness, and coolness, and it blows away my fatigue 😌.
When it's hot, it's Mt.
When it's cold, it's still Mt.
Akagi in spring, summer, autumn and winter
Akagi trio + recently opened beetle to cool your body and soul 😌.
Summer Inu-sama🐶.
Last year it was Jun Dai Spec, but this time it is Jun Gin again. I am excited every time I get it because it is a challenge project every year 🔥.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was sweet, crisp, and calm, with peach and lychee flavors.
The mouthfeel is clear and clean, but soon after it has a fresh and juicy unfiltered raw flavor. The vivid combination of the cleanness and freshness of "Akagisan" and the petitiveness of the gas makes it an irresistible summer sake!
The sweet flavor that spreads gradually is like that of ramune, with a light taste that is not too persistent. The sweetness and umami that spreads out gradually is like rumminess, light and not too persistent, and the sharpness from the slight astringency and minerality is pleasant and naturally makes the saké go down the drain ✨.
With the Akagisan pickled squid cartilage, a Gunma souvenir...!
A supreme combination to get over the heat 😌.
Sake breweries in Gunma Prefecture brewed the same sake with the same rice and yeast.
This is a local sake "born and raised in Gunma" brewed with "Maikaze," a rice suitable for sake brewing grown in Gunma, "Gunma KAZE yeast" and other sake yeasts developed in Gunma Prefecture, and "Gunma water" 🍶.
Today's version is from Kondo Sake Brewery! Fresh and delicious 😋Thank you President Kondo 😭
