The Maikaze version is the one that got me into the "Akagisan" series. I was able to secure it this year, so I have been saving it for a while 👍.
When you open the bottle and pour it, it has a gentle and beautiful aroma of pears and white peaches.
The mouthfeel is crisp and the slightly rounded flavor spreads. It is light and has a pleasantly pleasant flavor. The good flow from the supple and sharp sweet and sour astringency to the dry and dry sharpness is a clear and delicious taste that even makes you feel at ease ✨.

This is a cup because Gunma-chan was cute and I couldn't buy a four-pack bottle.
The color was yellow and the aroma was similar to that of regular sake.
It has a strong flavor, and it is hard to tell whether it is spicy or sweet. Sometimes the attack is spicy, and sometimes the aftertaste is super spicy. Sometimes the attack is super sweet...what the heck is this? I guess it's bad that I'm drinking it directly from the can... interesting 🤣.

A day spent learning about modern Japanese culture at the Ashio Copper Mine in Gunma Prefecture, followed by a visit to the Tomihiro Hoshino Museum of Art, where Tomihiro Hoshino's poems and paintings are on display, brought tears to my eyes and heart.
Tonight, I enjoyed a glass of Akagisan special junmai sake.
It was an easy-drinking sake with a pleasant mouthfeel and a sweet aroma with a hint of banana and a pear-like aftertaste.

Another four-day weekend is coming to an end this month. We will end the month with a visit to "Akagi-san" in summer, which we look forward to every year!
