It's been a while since I've had a normal Akagisan! I love the refreshing taste of summer, but the crisp and dry taste during the cold winter months is also very refreshing and special ✨. The last one is "Akagisan" Daiginjo! Fruity aroma like green apple or pear. The mouthfeel is crisp, but the sweet and delicious flavor is both juicy and light, like pears and apples. It is fresh, clear, and delicious, elegant yet easy to drink! We had a gorgeous moment with the golden dharma ✨. It was our first trip to Gunma in a year, and the hot springs, sake, and natural scenery were as great as ever. ☺️ Next time I'd like to go to Shima or Shojin area!

ラストは勿論の｢赤城山｣で😌 ウッド系に近い香り。 口当たりはサラサラしつつも、直後に山田錦の奥行きがあって溢れる旨味が感じられます。 甘辛酸渋のバランスが良くて流石は純大クラス。 ｢赤城山｣シリーズの中でもちょっと甘口寄りなのもあって、赤城山初心者にも丁度良さそうな一杯です！　 以前にも買って飲んだことはありましたが、純大だと味の深みも同じみのキレも磨きがかかっててお見事と言うしかありません✨ そして念願の純大原酒も入手！ 万座温泉に行くのと純大原酒を買うという2つの目的も果たせて大満足です👌

Today is my first trip to Gunma in a year! I'm here at Manza Onsen with a stopover at Asama Sake Brewery on the way. ♨️ The 100% source of the hot spring is the ultimate in relaxation and bliss...! After the hot spring, I decided to enjoy "Akagisan" (Mt. Akagi). When you open the bottle, the aroma is almost banana-like. The mouthfeel is clean and smooth, as is typical of the "Akagisan" series, but because it is a junmai sake, it has a full-bodied sweet and spicy acidic flavor. However, the flavor is not overly assertive, but rather gentle and smooth like a banana, so it can be enjoyed in good balance without losing the sharpness typical of "Akagiyama"!

I got it at "Gunma-no-Iroha" in Takasaki Station Building. Akagisan active nigori. Smooth and tasty, but refreshingly dry. Drink from the supernatant as a fun way to enjoy nigori sake, After the nigori concentration is increased, it can be enjoyed again the next day or later. I found it to be a good sake even with today's supernatant in the center, I am also looking forward to the darker nigori from tomorrow onwards👍.

One of the sake I bought in Takasaki yesterday. Akagisan Honjozo Nama Sake. It is clean, smooth, and high quality, but not too modern, and has the "taste" typical of Akagiyama. I am glad to see such a 300ml bottle of nama-zake. The seemingly frosted glass finish and the simple but very nice 300ml bottle with the brand name "Akagisan" in gold letters. We enjoyed it with my wife's heartily cooked sea bream, yakisoba noodles, cucumbers pickled with salted malted rice, strawberries, and vegetables.

A 300ml bottle of Akagisan Maikaze Junmai Ginjo, purchased at a 7-Eleven in Takasaki. It has both softness and a hint of sweetness, as well as a ginjo-shu character. Although I think it is a better choice for a meal than the standard Otoko-no-shu Honjozo Nama-Shu, Akagisan is indeed a good place to enjoy a ginjo-shu of a certain high level at a reasonable price.

Akagisan Daiginjyo Gunma Yamadanishiki. Limited edition label for the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. Akagiyama's typical softness and flavor ride. There is a tasting machine in the corner of the souvenir corner called "Gunma Iroha" in the Takasaki Station building. The style of this vending machine is similar to that of Koedo Kurasato in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture, It is similar to the tasting machine at Koedo Kurasato in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture. We bought some Gunma sake and motsu-ni packets at the souvenir corner and headed home.

Akagisan Honjozo Dry Nama-Shu. A man's sake. This sake is featured in Seiko Yamauchi's "Nightfall Sake Review" in a highly enthusiastic article. This is the second time I've had this sake, but I've always wanted to try it in Gunma Prefecture. Exquisite softness, umami, and dry sharpness. I wanted to try it with yakitori, It goes wonderfully with yakitori (tare) and torimeshi Shigematsu at Torihei in the Takasaki Station Station Building, and I can't get enough of it. The Kanto High School Baseball Tournament ⚾️ is a good place to start, Teikyo and Saitama's Hanasaki-Tokuei both won their games cold with a lineup explosion. The bat has become less resilient since the spring, but Teikyo hit four home runs and Tokuei two, so maybe it doesn't matter as long as you get it on the core.

600 check-ins reached! 👐. Of course, I will go with the stable "Akagisan" for this commemoration as well 🥳. When you open the bottle and pour it, it has a faint floral aroma. The aroma is so fleeting that it disappears in a flash. The palate is clean and pure, with a sweet and fresh taste like white peaches. It also has a slightly astringent taste, which is a good balance. It also has a dryness and sharpness that is typical of Akagisan, and the balance between this and the spring sake atmosphere is brilliant ✨. The balance of sweet, sour, astringent, and spicy + the gorgeous hint of aroma + the smooth quality of the sake makes it almost cherry-like in its deliciousness! I noticed that Akagisan has reached its 50th check-in. Aiming for the next 700, I will steadily work my way to the Gunma 100 and the Akagisan 100 😌.
