Purchased at a plum wine specialty store.
There was a black cattle-based plum wine in line, but I was interested in this one.
It's crisp and I would like to drink it with white meat fish or sashimi.
Rice used: Koji rice : Yamadanishiki/Kake rice : Sake brewing rice
Polishing : Koji rice : 50% / Kake rice : 60
Specified name sake, etc. Junmai/fire-aged sake
Strength: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
I drank it 2 months ago, so I forgot what it tasted like, but I am sure it was delicious.
It was delicious!
The Junmai Haraki-Akiagari, in particular, had the roughness of the Haraki-Akiagari removed and became a mellow sake that I liked very much.
I also compared it with Junmai Namaishu, which is a pre-aged sake.
It was clearly well matured.
Aki-agari, I can't get enough of it!
I was curious about Kurogyu.
I did not have a thick image of it.
It was delicious too.
I really enjoy sake too much, lol.
I received this for my birthday celebration! ㊗️
It's not so dark among black cattle.
(chilled) It has a mellow aroma and umami, but it's not too rich and the aftertaste is light, short and refreshing.
(lukewarm) The umami and acidity deepen and it's delicious.

Hello Y.Tokushige ^_^
Happy Birthday 🎉!
I see that black beef is basically dark.
I've never had a black cow, so I'd like to try it ✨.
I've never had Kurogyu, so I'd like to try it 😊.
6/10
Junmai sake, a staple at Kurogyu.
We were served by our neighbor.
It has a soft taste, neither too sweet nor too dry, with a slight aroma and a slight umami flavor that is not too assertive.
It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures.
Slightly dark fruity aroma 🍒.
Characteristic taste of acidity 🎵
The umami also seems to expand ✨
Seems like it can also be served warmed...wish I could have tried it 😢.
