I was at a barbecue restaurant and there was black beef, so I ordered it. Is it because of the name? Is it because it is a perfect food wine? I drank it with a small amount of sake, but I couldn't really smell the aroma. It is a dry sake with a strong acidity and a crisp, refreshing taste that is suitable as a food sake.

Kurogyu's Seasonal Products Nakadori Luxury Unfiltered Junmai It is quite strong as it is a pure sake. The alcohol content is 18-19%. Good balance of umami and sweetness. Good sharpness. Strong enough to be diluted a little.

This was the second week of Wakayama sake 🍶 warmed to 45 degrees. It has a nice aroma like when you cook rice and is dry but easy to drink. Maybe it goes well with Wakayama Prefecture.

We found a restaurant that offered a free bring-your-own-own-fee policy, so we held our annual Sake Rice Study Group, an off-the-beaten-path drinking party. As a sake drinker, I was very happy to be able to taste so many different brands. Thanks to everyone who came along! Now, Kurogyu. It is full of stories about Noto Touji Okai-san's technique, Yamadanishiki, Manyo Kurogyu's famous water, and No. 9 yeast. It is a rich, mellow beer with a sharp kick at over 18 degrees Celsius. I only drank one glass, but it was well received by the more experienced drinkers. Yamada-Nishiki is a superstar, isn't it?
