Aizan 100% nigori. It is delicious when you take a sip. It has a nice bubbly taste. And it was only 4-5 days old when it was uncorked. It is a nigori that you can feel the living yeast. I would like to match it with light and light meat and white meat fish. I felt it would go perfectly with cold entrées! Thank you very much.

We had a bottle of Senkin's Retro, which is famous for its natural production method. The first time it was uncorked, it had a fresh, slightly effervescent, gorgeous taste that went down my throat easily. On the second day, the natural flavor of the rice comes forward. Purchased in Toyama 6 months ago. One of the jackets I bought. Easy to drink with 12% alcohol! This time I paired it with rockfish, salmon and summer vegetables, but it seems to go well with Western food as well. It is not too sweet, but has a nice sweetness. It tasted like a pear when it was just uncorked. We enjoyed it very much.
