Finally catching up on uploads and consumption...
This year's toast is also a bottle of the zodiac sign of the two hares 😊.
I'm going to try to be greedy and chase two hares while reading the endorsement every year(?)
After opening the bottle, the aroma is rather subdued. The aroma is a clear and transparent fruit aroma.
It may have been kumquat straight out of Lemacom, but it is surprisingly easy to drink and goes down your throat easily.
There was no cloying taste and the refined sweetness ran through lightly 😲.
The image changes a lot if you let it sit for a while and let it come to room temperature.
The volume of the rice increases at once and the original dense flavor of the rice spreads out in the face. ‼️
The change to a "dark" flavor that gradually permeates the five and six internal organs is the very enjoyment of chasing after two hares. The difference in expression depending on the temperature range was truly dramatic ✨The zodiac sign label, combined with the good omen, made for a blissful evening drink. ‼️
I hope this year will be a good one 😂.
Happy New Year, silblla_tks! Cheers to the two hares zodiac label, I am keeping it in the fridge to follow the two hares too. Is that a sake bowl in the picture casually? I look forward to working with you again this year.
Our zodiac bottle this year is two rabbits!
The rabbit on the horse merry-go-round is adorable 🐇.
Cold sake
Ripe fruit and mineral aroma
Gentle but voluptuous fresh ripe type
Fresh but with sweetness and umami, so it is very drinkable.
Slightly long finish
Reminder.
This one on the right is Ni-Utsuri.
Omachi itself is a good sake rice, but I remember that the acidity and sharpness in the latter half were not compatible with me at that time.
New Year's Day drinking comparison [Wife's family] 1/3

THE zodiac label festival was held!
This is ①.
The annual label is so cute.
This is a local sake from Aichi that we buy every year because of its cute label.
Immediately after opening the bottle, the aftertaste is heavy and not good. But the next day, it settles down and the level of drinkability becomes positive, and it turns into an all-around good taste.
Tastes different to different tastes.
Price: ¥2332 (720ml)
This was also purchased at the brewery last month.
It is a limited edition light nigori.
The lid flew off again when I opened the bottle, I'm glad it didn't blow over.
It has a fresh green apple aroma. It has a youthful freshness typical of nama-shu.
Slightly gassy and very fresh. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a slight sweetness and a full rice flavor typical of Omachi.
Basically, it is sweet and delicious.
Nito - The Year of the Rabbit - Zodiac Sign Bottle - Year of the Rabbit 2026
HORSE&RABBIT Nama sake, freshly squeezed
Two adorable rabbits on a "merry-go-round" spinning carriage are cute!
The sweetness and umami are strong.
Bottle type
I was wondering about you, Mr. Two Rabbits. Nice to meet you!
As soon as I opened the bottle, I felt that it was a well-balanced sake with a thin characteristic, but after a few days of drinking, I was surprised to find that the daiginjo feeling came rushing in!
I was surprised to see the Daiginjo-feel coming through.
I agree with the description "a sake that shows various faces"!
It is a bottle that you can enjoy the change of taste little by little, and find your favorite state.
Tonight, we will compare three new year bottles of sake. We will start with a bottle of freshly brewed, unpasteurized sake from Aichi, labeled "Ni-Utsuri" on a merry-go-round horse.
The second bottle of the New Year is not Ni-Uto, but Nama-zake (🐺), which I purchased at a sake brewery visit event in the fall.
I tasted both the hi-ire and the nama-shu, and was told that the nama-shu was only brought to events, etc., and I liked the taste, so I bought it 🐇.
The aroma is sweet and melon-like, and the mouthfeel has a slight gasiness, a gentle sweetness, and a bright acidity that flows nicely through the mouth with a slight aftertaste.
I was surprised at how much it changed since I had the impression that it was more bitter than sour when it was fire-brewed.
The president of the company was here and asked me to look forward to seeing the zodiac labels and what kind of pattern they would be, and I was glad to see that they were playful and fun again 😆.
The turtle tail label was also a fun and playful pattern 😆 I wanted to put the turtle's shell on my back lol.
I was told 😆.
The zodiac labels are sitting at home and I'll post them as soon as possible: ⭕️
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
Two hares zodiac labels: ❣️
When you take a sip, you will be hit with the sweetness that is typical of Ni-Rabbit, and the umami is there too 🎶.
Then a sharp spiciness follows, and it finishes with a slight gassy sensation 😁.
It's good 💕
It goes well with osetsu and tempura 😋👍
Happy New Year everyone 😊.
Good evening, T.KISO ☺️
I've never had Ni-Rabbit zodiac label, so I'm jealous 😋.
It's a dry sake with a sharp taste and seems to go well with snacks. ☺️🍶
I look forward to working with you again this year 🥳✨
Good evening, T.KISO. I am very happy to see you here 😄.
My eyes were drawn to the gorgeous New Year's dinner, but
I was looking at the gorgeous Osechi, but I was also looking at a lot of Tempura.
I'm going to have a little early rice gruel tomorrow.
I'm going to have a little early rice gruel with the seven herbs tomorrow.
I'm going to eat a little early tomorrow with rice gruel
I'm going to have a little early rice porridge tomorrow and prepare for the beginning of work on Monday. I'm going to have a little early rice porridge tomorrow to get ready for the start of work on Monday.
T.KISO, I look forward to working with you this year 🙇♀️ I was wondering if I should buy the zodiac label for the two rabbits 😆 But even so, stunning sechi and tempura, too amazing ✨.
T.KISO Thank you for your support this year 🙇 I was surprised to see Ni-Hare as the first dish of the New Year.
Osechi is gorgeous, but tempura is good.
Happy New Year 🗻🦅🍆T.KISO, thank you for your help last year and I look forward to working with you again this year 😀 A bottle of two hare zodiacs and a bowl of New Year's food would be great too👍✨and best wishes for sake and noodles😊.
Good evening, Hanapin-san😄.
Tempura was my first for New Year😋.
I tried chicken tempura for the first time at home and it was delicious🎶.
I started work today too, but my body is still in New Year's specs and I'm tired 😭
Good evening, HinaHanaMama!
It's been a long time since I've seen two hares, and this was my first time to see a zodiac label, but I wondered if the two hares themselves are getting drier and drier? I was thinking 😁.
Wakata-san, I look forward to working with you again this year 😊.
My partner and I worked hard to deep fry the tempura...our first attempt at chicken tempura and lotus root, and my favorite maitake mushrooms were perfect for the two hares 💕!
Nochi-san, I look forward to working with you again this year 😊Were you surprised by the two hares? I still have that one, but I'll put it down for a while longer 🤣.
The first Ni-Hare is Omachi, Junmai Daiginjo!
This sake sticks out to adults with its greed familiar from the saying, "Only those who chase two hares will catch two hares.
The aroma is not so strong, but it has a green apple-like aroma and a sense of alcohol.
The aroma is not so strong, but it smells like green apples, and the alcohol is very strong!
It is not overly sweet, but rather sweet and juicy with a strong sense of sake.
It also has a hint of sourness, so it goes well with sour snacks.
As you swallow, a slight bitterness comes in the aftertaste, leaving you with a refreshing finish.
What is noteworthy is the length of the aftertaste.
The umami that passes through the nose is mellow, making it a sake that can be drunk for a long time.
Pairing: Ham with cheese, tazuki, butter and soy sauce, sweet vinegared turnip, celery and salted kelp, avocado and nametake seaweed, soba noodles
