Omachi 48 Super Shiboritate Nao Kumi Nama
We are always grateful to Nitousato for their hospitality!
This one is a super super Shiboritate 🥳🥳.
When you drink it,
This is already super ✨✨✨✨.
It's so delicious 💛🥹💛
Wrapped tightly with a gassy feeling
Perfect adult cider feel.
It's the best drink 🍾🍾🥳🥳.
It was a strange and delicious drink.
The sweet aroma at first was followed by a sour taste that spread to a bitter taste at the end. This was the wife's impression after tasting just one sip.
I didn't notice much of an aroma. I felt a complex flavor. It is a strange sake that leaves a sour taste in the mouth after eating Nikki candies. As a food sake, I could drink it as much as I wanted.
According to the photo record, I drank Nitoshi Jungin 3 years and 10 months ago at home, but I have no recollection of how I purchased it, and I am amazed at my poor memory.
The first sip reveals a firm, assertive acidity and umami. The spiciness and bitterness that comes from this accentuates the umami. The aroma has a woody feeling, like the smell of a vat.
Came here for a drink between exams.
What a great, wall-to-wall showcase to choose from, corner bar!
First time I've been here
Strange taste
Aroma, a little bit of alcohol smell, sweetness, a little bit of sourness,
Aftertaste, sweet, a bit of sourness, a bit of aftertaste.
I like it. I want to compare the breweries!
The first thing that comes to mind when one hears the word "two rabbits" is "He who chases two rabbits will catch no rabbit," but this "Two Rabbits" was named after the reverse of that, "He who does not chase two rabbits will not catch two rabbits. The rabbits on the label are called "facing rabbits," which symbolize the prosperity of offspring, and the fact that they are lined up facing each other also means "to tie the two together.
The concept of "Niro" is that a "wolf in a rabbit's skin" is making sake in place of the rabbit, which the two rabbits do not make.
I have never had Ni-Rabbit before, so I had no other choice but to blindly accept it. I don't know what Ni-Rabbit usually is. ......
It's a dangerous sake because it has such a delicious full-bodied acidity that you can't help but gobble it up! The top aroma is fresh lemon, and there is a hint of cemedine. As it rolls, a sweetness gently emerges from behind the acidity.
A little yellowish lemon (fruit) taste? The liquid is clear and there are a few thin, clear legs.
Ni-Utsuri" 🐰🐰 from Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki City, Japan.
I chose the raw junmai ginjo this time because it was so delicious when I had the fire-aged junmai sake made of Yamadanishiki!
Yamada-Nishiki, 55% polished rice ratio Junmai-Ginjo!
Aroma: Fruity and sweet, with a strong, fruity aroma.
Light and gaseous.
The sweetness and umami that fits in with the plumpness and moistness makes it delicious. ✨️
The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing, and the moderate bitterness and acidity will increase your desire for another glass. In fact, it doesn't stop 🌀
The fruity aroma that comes through to the nose and the alcohol taste is very satisfying, and anyway, it was a good sake that struck a chord with me. ☺️
