Hatsuayu" (Junmai Ginjo) from Ayumasamune Sake Brewery, Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture
Fresh, light, fragrant and elegant taste of new sake, with a good acidity and richness.
🐟
This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge.
It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal.
It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it.
The label is cute too 🐟
In a warm room, cold first sweetfish ☺️.
It goes on and on 😆.
A little sweetness, a little bitterness, and a refreshing taste❣️
It's clear, and it's perfect for cold nights ☺️.
It's a good match for sashimi, Iyokan salad, raw salami, and other dinners.
Yummy! That's the first word to describe it.
The rice is polished to 58% and you can feel the ginjo aroma. You can even feel the ginjo aroma in the mouth.
I wonder what it would be like if there was a Junmai version of this?
It's fresh, but not too fresh, which is very good...!
It has a fruity sweetness, but not too sweet, with a light aftertaste that fades quickly...
I want to drink this anytime...!
🌥
It was chilly today 😢.
I opened a "first sweetfish" which is cool to look at ✌️.
The taste is just like the impression on the label❗️
It's fresh, smooth and easy to drink 🙂.
A cool sweetness that is elegant.
As for the acidity, as you continue to drink it... oh, maybe there is a little?
It's just a little bit.
The bitterness you feel after swallowing is also refreshing 😆 .
The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it's like drinking a low alcohol
I feel like I'm drinking low alcohol 😉 .
It's like drinking a low-alcohol drink....
Hi Chichi-san, good evening ⭐️!
I'm so glad you recognized it, as there are many unfamiliar sakes out there 😃 It was a beautiful sake, not just dry but sweet and refreshing, just like Niigata sake 🤗.
Hatsuayu special brewed sake
I asked my sister who lives in Joetsu and Myoko for the limited edition "Chiyoayu" (a blend of Ayu Masamune and Chiyo no Hikari), but she couldn't get it, so here it is.
The soft and mellow flavor of the fresh storage
It has a gentle taste with a refreshing sweetness.
The bottle with the design of ayu fish swimming in the clear, refreshing blue is cute.

Congrats on your 100th check-in, Kinchema🎉!
I personally love Niigata so I envy you living in Niigata😁.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you about the sake of Niigata ✨.
Thank you, Heecha! There are so many different kinds of sake in Niigata, I can't stop enjoying them! On the other hand, it's hard to find anything other than Niigata sake in Niigata, so I'd like to try a lot of sake from other places too (^_^;)
Good evening, golden cat demon ⭐️!
Congratulations on your 🎊100 check-in🎊!
Once again, thank you for all your support 😄We also have a "Hatsuayu 🐟 Jun Gin Nama" 😆 I was attracted by the cool feeling 😅I am looking forward to it ❗️
Hello, golden cat demon!
And congratulations on your 100th check-in ✨!
That's a beautiful bottle!
It would be great to drink it while eating sweetfish in early summer... 🤤
Thank you so much, Mariponnu! It's nice! There was also a spring cherry blossom bottle from Ayumasa, but I still prefer the cooler Ayu! I want to drink it!
This one today!
One of the alcoholic drinks I buy every year.
It is refreshing to drink and has just the right aroma of sake.
Like the label, the taste is also beautiful!
Speaking of the sweetfish in this season, is it the ice fish? I want to try it with ayu sometime.
A mini sake camp at home, first up is the first Ayu. As soon as you put it in your mouth, a slight sweetness spreads, and then it immediately breaks up. It is described as slightly sweet, but the finish is dry. This sharpness is good and delicious.
