🐟 This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge. It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal. It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it. The label is cute too 🐟

This one today! One of the alcoholic drinks I buy every year. It is refreshing to drink and has just the right aroma of sake. Like the label, the taste is also beautiful! Speaking of the sweetfish in this season, is it the ice fish? I want to try it with ayu sometime.

A mini sake camp at home, first up is the first Ayu. As soon as you put it in your mouth, a slight sweetness spreads, and then it immediately breaks up. It is described as slightly sweet, but the finish is dry. This sharpness is good and delicious.

連休前で日本酒絞ってるとのことで選択肢がなく いつもは飲まないようなものを。 アル添の味はするが生貯蔵だからか (アル添にしては)軽め しめ鯖、すき焼きなど味の強いものに合わせると スイッと飲めた。
