🐟 This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge. It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal. It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it. The label is cute too 🐟

🌥 It was chilly today 😢. I opened a "first sweetfish" which is cool to look at ✌️. The taste is just like the impression on the label❗️ It's fresh, smooth and easy to drink 🙂. A cool sweetness that is elegant. As for the acidity, as you continue to drink it... oh, maybe there is a little? It's just a little bit. The bitterness you feel after swallowing is also refreshing 😆 . The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it's like drinking a low alcohol I feel like I'm drinking low alcohol 😉 . It's like drinking a low-alcohol drink....

This is the first sweetfish recommended by the liquor store 🐟. I bought it by the square because they say it's sweet and tasty this year✨. I had my wife drink it and it was sweet and easy to drink ‼️ 🍶.

A mini sake camp at home, first up is the first Ayu. As soon as you put it in your mouth, a slight sweetness spreads, and then it immediately breaks up. It is described as slightly sweet, but the finish is dry. This sharpness is good and delicious.

連休前で日本酒絞ってるとのことで選択肢がなくいつもは飲まないようなものを。アル添の味はするが生貯蔵だからか (アル添にしては)軽めしめ鯖、すき焼きなど味の強いものに合わせるとスイッと飲めた。

甘さ、コクしっかり目。後味で甘さが口の中にしっかり残る。菊水（黄色缶）に似た感じ。旨い。手土産にも良さそう。オススメ。
