I had it by itself. It is a very tasty sake, not too sweet, but fruity, with excellent acidity and a slight bitterness that gives it a nice kick!

The second sake from Nagano is Yamazan's Kinmon-nishiki 😀.
There was no Yamazan distributor in Kansai until the beginning of this year, so I couldn't get it at all 😅.
Finally, a distributor was opened in Kyoto and northern Osaka this year, but it's out of my area so it's hard to get it 😅.
I went to Ueda for sake activities, but the brewery does not sell directly, so I bought it at Miyajima-san in Ueda 😀.
This Yamazan-san was also a very tasty sake, fruity, not too heavy and beautiful 😀.
I guess Nagano sake made with Nagano rice makes a delicious sake 😀.
It would be great if there was a distributor in a place where it is easier to get it 🤣.

Yamasan Yamadanishiki💛I've had 3 bottles so far Hitogochiki, Kinmonniki, and Aizan and they were all delicious❣️ this Yamadanishiki is the most balanced and elegant of them all😊No, I don't know how they were 💦 they were all delicious‼️ I'm grateful and thankful for my drinking friends 🙏.
Today we had cold shabu salad, miso marinated cod, brown rice rice porridge, and white peach jelly for dessert 🍑!
Of course all the pairings were great (lol), but the harmony with the white peach jelly was 💓💕💓💕 too wonderful! I mean, Yamasan is like a peach 🥰 anyway, it was a happy dessert 🍑.

I've been a fan of Yama-san ever since a colleague of mine gave it to me 😃.
The green label recommended by Jay & Nobby was not available.
I was able to get the yellow label instead😃.
It is delicious ❣️😋
The taste is slightly different from the previous three bottles, with a sweetness and a bit of spiciness in the mouth.
It is a bit spicy with a sweetness in the mouth and then it disappears leaving a lingering taste that is somewhere between bitter and spicy without any peculiarity👍.
Here are my impressions from a previous comparison
The red Aizan is the most fruity.
The latter half has a peculiar, unrefined, miscellaneous taste sensation.
The purple Kinmon-nishiki is a little less sweet and tasty, and the bitterness without peculiarities follows in the second half.
And it has a good sharpness.
Hitokochochi Silver is
The first half is the same as Kinmon-nishiki, and the second half has a slight spiciness without any peculiarity.

I drink it with cold sake.
When the bottle is opened, there is a long sizzling sound of gas.
The glass has a recognizable and considerable amount of microbubbles adhering to it and coming up a bit from the bottom.
Color is clear and almost colorless.
The top aroma is melon, melon, melon, a hint of greenish, and a bit of berryiness.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated and sizzling right after opening the bottle.
The taste is impressive from the start, with a strong acidity that encompasses sweetness and bitterness.
It has a mild, weak sweetness, with a more robust sourness and bitterness, and a bitter aftertaste that is typical of Aizan, and is rounded out by an alu feel.
I have always felt that Yamazan San is good for its understated modernity.
The Joyo I drank the other day was also from Hyogo Prefecture, so I wonder if it is easy to grow and grows well as well as Yamadanishiki.

The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a sour sweetness~.
Fruity and very refreshing.
I can feel a little chili on my tongue.
The lingering bitterness is exquisite!
There is a slight alcohol taste, but I felt it is a refreshing and delicious sake!
This is too delicious - I really liked this sake!
Day 2
Today, the fruity sweetness and bitterness spread out nicely from the beginning.
The impression is milder than yesterday, but the balance of sweet and bitter fruity taste is the same.
There is a sense of fullness and freshness that is better than the first day.
By the way, it is delicious - too delicious - I like it very much!
The lingering aftertaste is slightly spicy and bitter, and it finishes refreshingly!
This has become one of my favorite bottles!
