This sake is made by Nakamura Kamekichi Co. in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, founded in 1913. It appears to be a sake that is consumed mainly locally. The taste of the sake was mellow. We had it at the famous standing bar, Hatenara-san, in the New Shinbashi Building. The sashimi was delicious, so I am including it here as well.
I had a drink at the standing bar Utah Bucks (Shimbashi). I drank Senkou Stag Beetle Sparling, as it was recommended by the store's mom. It was delicious as usual!
This sake is available at Kamakura Sake Shop (my favorite standing bar). The owner is from Wakayama, so they have it there! I tried it, but it didn't seem to make much of an impression on me!
We had it at a corner shop with a large selection of sake. It is positioned as a refreshing sake at the kaku-uchi shop. It is indeed a refreshing sake!
