One day, I had the desire to stay at a nice inn, so I took the plunge and stayed at a hotel called Toryukan in Yunoue Onsen, where I drank a bottle.
It was a sparkling sake that was like Mio but not too sweet, and could be drunk with a meal.
This was the first time in my life that I stayed at a detached inn, and it was a great decision.... Each room has its own indoor hot spring....
The dinner was stylish and delicious, and the breakfast was a triple set meal that was enough to fill my stomach to overflowing....
I hope to stay there again when I get my bonus.
Incidentally, we also visited the Kunigon Sake Brewery to purchase some sake, which I will write about at a later date.
I really liked the hotel. Mmmm...

Yesterday and today I went to a training course😄I learned a lot during the 2 days! I will be serving it with hand-rolled sushi for the Doll's Festival.
