☀️
Weekend in Aizuwakamatsu.
I knew I had to try Kitakata ramen ❗️, so I had some ramen🍜 before returning to the hotel🏨. The chewy noodles, the soft chashu pork, the soy sauce broth...it was all great 😋.
And one more bowl before bed 😆.
We stopped by Suehiro Sake Brewery on our brewery tour and bought some sake 🍶 and jelly 🤩.
First of all, a puchi puchi 🫧.
It starts with bitterness and gradually sweetens up.
A nice, clean, flattering taste 😚.
Next is the jelly 🤍.
Plum? Tangerine? Sweet like 🤔.
Hard to compare as I can hardly taste the acidity 😓.
It's listed as having alcohol in it, but maybe because I was drunk, it was no different than regular jelly 😆.
I have special plans tomorrow so I'm going to bed early 🛌💤.
Good evening, Hiro!
I see you had a great weekend in Aizuwakamatsu 🎵.
Aizuwakamatsu is full of fun with sake breweries, Kitakata ramen, and sake 😁✨✨.
I'm looking forward to your review of Sunday's special schedule 😊.
Hi Hiro, good evening 😄.
I know that sake brewery tours and ramen are a combination ☝️😁I know that at Suehiro you were able to sample about 5 different kinds of sake ⁉︎😚♪ I didn't buy the jelly so I'd like to try it 😋.
Special plans✨I'm looking forward to it🤗
Good evening, Tsubu 😃.
Suehiro was about to close and all I could do was buy some jelly 😅No tasting......too bad 🤣 I'll go back for tasting 🤣.
Let's go buy some jelly 😆.
Stay tuned for the specials 🤗
Jay & Nobby, here too😃.
Would this be a model course❓
Kura > warehouse > warehouse > liquor store > bar > Wakamatsu station > hotel 😆.
A course that only a sake lover would bite 🤣.

Slightly effervescent liquor Puchi Puchi
I look forward to visiting this restaurant at Koriyama station every time 🍶.
Location: "Morishu" on the 2nd floor of Koriyama Station, Fukushima Prefecture
I like sparkling wine 🩷.
Once I open the bottle, I get drunk because I feel like I have to drink it all... but that's OK because it's low in alcohol content.
Slightly sparkling with a hint of sweetness.
It is not sticky sweet, but goes down easy.
The Kubota sparkling I had the other day was quite sweet, so I prefer this one because it is more refreshing.
Perfect for a toast or before dinner!

Really nice and light. Lightly sweet and tangy, real clean flavour. Very light but pleasant bubbles.
Big honeydew melon with a bit of green apple, and some clean rice flavour. Hint of raw almond on the finish, with very light bitterness as well. Simple but effective!
At a standing bar in Shinbashi.
A faint yogurt-type sweet aroma.
The sweetness with a refreshing lactic acid bacteria taste. Like calpis.
The alcohol content is low, perfect for summer.
You can drink it in a gulp.
A refreshing sake that is not sticky and sweet with a strong sweetness and umami of rice. It is firm and sweet and sour.
It can be enjoyed even during a meal! It is also good with dishes with strong flavors.
We made this sake two years earlier than Suzune! said the chairman. At that time, there were only beer bottles that were strong enough to withstand gas pressure, and the stopper was a crown.
So when the bottle was opened, it popped out like a fountain and there was hardly any alcohol left, causing a storm of complaints....
Now it is fine!
On a hot Sunday, I bought this at the specialties corner of the Shinkansen station.
The petit puchi-puchi, just like the brand name, washed away the heat.
The fineness of the secondary fermentation in the bottle is pleasant. The low alcohol content is also good for a refreshing sip (gulp, gulp).
There is also some oli, which makes it "like champagne, but it's a great sake. This is unconventional sake brewing.
