I was selling bottles at a standing bar, so I drank half of it at the store and brought the rest home.
It's sweet and swoopy. It drinks like a canned chewy, but it's less sweet than that, with a slight tartness that you can feel, and it doesn't leave a sweet taste. Also, the slight firing makes it more refreshing.
7.5-8.5% alcohol
The strongest drinkability, as only low Al can do.
It's almost "Mio".
The sweet taste of amazake comes first, with the carbonation kicking in on the tongue, and a lingering sake aftertaste as you drink it down. At 7.5% alcohol, is it just me, or does it feel a bit like a cocktail? The illustrations by Shosuke Obara are cute.

This sake is like a juice.
If you drink it expecting it to be a sake, you will be disappointed, but if you drink it as a juice, it is delicious.
