I had a drink at Ginza Mikawaya, which is located in Escondido.
I drank a bottle of Hakutsuru cask to prepare for my trip to the Kansai region next week.
The basic base is sweet, but depending on the food pairing, it can be quite spicy 🍶.
It's 300m and it was nice and easy to drink. I'm going to visit many sake breweries in Kansai to discover more delicious sake 💣.
This sake is available at JAL. It is a daiginjo, but it is not overdone and has a strong flavor. It was not just a sweet daiginjo, so it was surprisingly distinctive and delicious, and I would like to drink it again. I think it has a little bit of character in its umami. It is not spicy, but beautiful. It is light because it is only 13 degrees Celsius.
It's a sake you can buy in Belgium, but it's a little too sweet, a little sakey later on, and just okay, it's junmai sake.
I would buy again ⬛ don't buy again: not bad but not the greatest. 2.75/5
