There is a discreet fruity pear-like taste with no cloying taste, and the alcohol and bitterness are not assertive. There is no aftertaste. Maru! Hakutsuru's mellow, limited time only. The aftertaste is not very long and is refreshing. The taste is also light, but you get the sense that you are drinking sake.

Simple but good Daiginjo sake. Its clean and crisp finishing coupled with fruity aromas pairs really well with Chinese cuisine especially salt baked chicken and braised fish head.

Easy to drink! Light, refreshing and slightly fruity! This may be the best choice for sake at convenience stores. I think! However, it was served at room temperature, so I would like to drink it cold next time.

@Ion 240th place I had it hot. Taste -Strong alcohol smell -Sweet but also umami. -It soaks into a cold body. Lukewarm -Sweetness increases and the taste becomes more intense.

The 🦀 after-party! Leftover Osechi with accompaniments. Homemade chestnut kinton, datemaki and kamaboko. The sweetness is about the same as Gekkeikan, but you can feel the alcohol more strongly... When you get this drunk, anything tastes good.

The first sake of the year At Matsuo-taisha Shrine For a healthy drinking life🍶 in the year ahead, I paid a visit to Matsuo-taisha Shrine After Shiroshika, I got on the right track, I also got a bottle of Hakutsuru. Under the blue sky, I saw everyone lined up for sake with smiles on their faces. I seriously thought that a happy and peaceful world can be created from such a place.
