A slightly expensive cup of Hakutsuru. I tasted it heated at an event the other day and thought it was good, so I experimented to see how it would taste cold. It was definitely delicious with a rich sweetness! It's so cheap! It's definitely a legendary sake! I woke up early today to see the snow, but the train looked like it was going to be bad around Fukui, so I gave up. I went to bed at a strange time and ended up drinking late at night! In such a case, a little good sake for ordinary people that can satisfy your need for a light drink! If you want to drink it in a good way, you can get a large pack of Nada, which is also inexpensive! This one is just like watching the temperature in a hot water bath, heating it up, and eating some snacks.

This is the familiar Maru that I procured with Hakkaisan! I've been a fan of this sake for a long time and sometimes I want to drink it irresistibly🤤. The fluffy flavor and sweetness are addictive. As expected of Hakutsuru, they are very particular about the yeast and koji preparation. This sake is sold everywhere, but it is a great sake that has won a silver medal in 2023 and a bronze medal in 2024, two years in a row, at the IWC. It's a bottle you should always have on hand at home 🍶.

I bought it at a nearby supermarket, thinking it would go well with hand-rolled sushi, since it was more light and refreshing. It was delicious, but the flavor was too robust to be suitable for hand-rolled sushi. I had it with snacks after dinner.
