I went to a supermarket in Osaka on a business trip and found this 🍶🤗 with a unique Osaka label.
Perfectly for the story 🤩!
This is my first Hakutsuru one-cup, but it comes with Ozeki, which is a good place to start!
Mellow 🍶🤔.
Looks pretty good hot 🤔.
It had a nice old-fashioned feel to it.

Hakutsuru Fragrant Umakuchi Harazake from Hyogo Prefecture.
The top aroma is alcoholic, but on the palate it is so refreshing that it is hard to believe it is 19 degrees, with a hint of banana at the back of it.
It was delicious 😊.

Usual weekday wind down with a wonderful Hakutsuru Daiginjo, perfectly paired with mixed vegetables stuffed fish paste. Its fruity notes yet clean finishing is always never disappoint.

Malaysia🇲🇾 received sake on the plane on a business trip. I am sad to think that I won't be able to drink sake for a while, so I will try it now. In Malaysia, I had Snow beer. The night was pleasantly cool and I was able to drink a lot 😆.

This sake can be found everywhere in supermarkets and convenience stores. I bought it because the price was less than 1,000 yen without tax even though it is Daigin.
The fruity and smoothness when drinking it is as expected from Hakutsuru!
I didn't feel much of a lingering aftertaste after swallowing, but the cosmetics are excellent.
I felt the technical skill of a major brewery!

Hakutsuru is the largest brewery in Japan (the second largest is Asahi Shuzo, the brewer of Otters), but I have not had a chance to drink it unexpectedly.
I had it warmed with Tororo Soba noodles. It has a rich flavor with a bit of alcohol. I wonder if this kind of sake goes better with soba than fruity sake.
