It is strong and dark. It has a grain-derived aroma combined with the typical aroma of unpasteurized sake. The aftertaste is strong, but doesn't linger as long as I expected.
On the second day, the taste became much better.
Pairing with appetizers
Ponzu albacore
Wakame seaweed shabu-shabu
Deep-fried chicken
Personal preference ★★☆☆☆
I finished a bottle of the moon after the rain, so I opened an additional bottle (lol).
This is one of the few brands from Iwate that I have never drunk.
The aroma is...twitchy? 😅
It reminds me of the Shinigami I drank at the off-line party 😱.
I don't feel like a ginjo-shu 😅.
The taste is also heavy and solid.
The taste is also heavy and dense, like a mixture of different flavors.
A complex taste that is hard to describe😅.
Haruei Chichi, hello here too😃.
I don't drink this brand much either.
I don't drink this brand very often, and it was stored in a delicate condition, so it could have deteriorated😅.
The Grim Reaper is a great repeat 😮.

We went to Miyako to buy sake. Every souvenir shop around Miyako had this sake, so we bought it. We bought two bottles to support the reconstruction.
I opened the bottle at home and took a sip.
Mmmm, it's not very good from the aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, it has a strong alcohol feeling. It's a junmai-shu, but there's a lot of extra flavor. It doesn't go as far as hine, but it's close.
It's dry, but the alcohol is rough. The alcohol content is high at 16 to 17 degrees, but if that's the case, it would be better to keep it at 14 to 15.
If you are wondering how to make it taste good, you should eat it with oil. Yes, it's not so bad, or you can cheat it.
The next step is to heat it up. Oh, so this is the smart way to drink it. It's like fugu fillet sake without the fugu fillets. You have to enjoy it this way.
I looked it up on the internet, and the brewery seems to be recommending this product, which I find a bit unreliable.
I would like to see the brewery rethink the way it makes its products and help the Tohoku region recover as well as the brewery prosper. Below 3☆.

The first Sanriku Railway from Miyako, moving.
Drinking Sanriku sake in the train...
When you take a sip, the sweetness spreads, but it doesn't linger in your mouth, and it gives the impression of being light.
Also, the aroma is more than the taste, which is a little surprising to me since I'm used to pure rice sake.
However, it would be great with some snacks.
I enjoy drinking in a slow car with only one passenger in the morning.
It's a great feeling, but since it's the first thing in the morning, I'll start modestly.
Mr. Manachie, that's right. I'm a grown man, but I was excited about the Pokemon train. Moreover, it must be difficult for the railway company to keep the train empty, but for me, it was an environment where I could drink iron without worrying about being seen, and it was an extremely luxurious time.
Thank you for your comment, Haruei Chichi 😊.
Yes, it is. Do you envy yourself? Longing for? Sanriku's drinking iron. It was a nice view and a good drink.
We tasted sake from Miyako in Michinoku-Iwate.
There are many brand names called "Otokoyama". It's probably the second most common after "‾Masamune".
At first, I felt it was a little crispy, probably because I drank it as a sake to accompany grilled meat, but when I drank it with a normal meal, I felt it was very mellow and mildly sweet. I think it is one of the richest sake in the northern part of Japan.
It was a beautiful, nectar-rich sake that made me want to pay tribute to the spirit of the brewery that brewed this delicious sake despite the earthquake.
It smells like sweets.
It's a bit like an old wine with acidity, but I'm not sure.
I don't dislike it, but I don't like it, so it's not for many people.
I don't know what it is, but there are so many things about Otokoyama that I always lose track of it (^_^;)
It comes hard from the beginning.
The feeling that there is a little peculiarity is a mania type.
A sake from Miyako in Iwate Prefecture.
The sake of the earthquake reconstruction.
Ten years have passed since then. It all happened so fast.
I remember that I was worried about my family, friends, and acquaintances who lived in the Kanto area when I left.
There are still a lot of people who are going through a lot.
I eat the food while remembering and thinking about such things.
I can hardly feel the rising aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, it smells like medicine, grass, or smoky. There is a peculiar habit that seems to be a combination of that and the aroma of cooked rice.
After that, it has a delicious taste of rice.
The first peculiar habit is bothering.
It is a flavor that I have not felt very often.
The middle part of the taste is not too assertive, but I liked it.
Taste level 68 points
I won a full course of the online event "Tohoku Support and Reconstruction" and one of the ingredients I received was Hishiya Senryo Otokoyama. I feel the weight of the special label "Port ni sunrise, light on the water". I will participate with all my heart and soul.
