We tasted sake from Miyako in Michinoku-Iwate. There are many brand names called "Otokoyama". It's probably the second most common after "‾Masamune". At first, I felt it was a little crispy, probably because I drank it as a sake to accompany grilled meat, but when I drank it with a normal meal, I felt it was very mellow and mildly sweet. I think it is one of the richest sake in the northern part of Japan. It was a beautiful, nectar-rich sake that made me want to pay tribute to the spirit of the brewery that brewed this delicious sake despite the earthquake.

It smells like sweets. It's a bit like an old wine with acidity, but I'm not sure. I don't dislike it, but I don't like it, so it's not for many people.

I don't know what it is, but there are so many things about Otokoyama that I always lose track of it (^_^;) It comes hard from the beginning. The feeling that there is a little peculiarity is a mania type.

A sake from Miyako in Iwate Prefecture. The sake of the earthquake reconstruction. Ten years have passed since then. It all happened so fast. I remember that I was worried about my family, friends, and acquaintances who lived in the Kanto area when I left. There are still a lot of people who are going through a lot. I eat the food while remembering and thinking about such things. I can hardly feel the rising aroma. When I put it in my mouth, it smells like medicine, grass, or smoky. There is a peculiar habit that seems to be a combination of that and the aroma of cooked rice. After that, it has a delicious taste of rice. The first peculiar habit is bothering. It is a flavor that I have not felt very often. The middle part of the taste is not too assertive, but I liked it. Taste level 68 points

I won a full course of the online event "Tohoku Support and Reconstruction" and one of the ingredients I received was Hishiya Senryo Otokoyama. I feel the weight of the special label "Port ni sunrise, light on the water". I will participate with all my heart and soul.
