Then the middle one, "Senryo Otokoyama.
Honey-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is silky, but the flavor is similar to a juku-shu type. It has a honey and syrupy feel with a touch of pettiness.
However, it is easy to drink, with no harshness or bitterness, perhaps because the overall assertiveness is modest!
It is crisp but dense. It is a deep taste that is hard to describe!
I boarded a Peach aircraft ✈️ from Narita to Fukuoka!
When the plane leveled off and the fasten seatbelt sign went off, I took it out of my backpack and poof!
Senryo Otokoyama Josen Sanriku Railway label
Purchased at the Sanriku Railway Antenna Shop next to Miyako Station.
It's just an ordinary alsobe, but it goes perfectly with the "Iwashita Shinsei Ginger Torimeshi" ekiben we bought at Utsunomiya Station 👌👌.
It was a hectic 5-day/4-night drinking trip, but it was a lot of fun!
It was a very enjoyable five days of socializing and drinking with members at each of the places we visited.
Hello Chichi, my best friend forever ^ ^.
It looks like you had a hectic but fulfilling time on your 5-day/4-night drinking trip👍.
I'd like to go on a drinking trip myself when I have more money and time to spare. ☺️
Haruei Chichi, thank you for completing your 5-day/4-night travel (drinking and walking) diary!
I'm glad you had a fulfilling and enjoyable summer vacation a little late. ✌️
Next year, please come with your loving wife ❤️
Good evening, Haruei Chichi!
Thank you for your hard work on the drinking trip review (...ᴗ・)_🍵.
I look forward to drinking with you again🎶.
Root ginger and sake go well together ❣️
Hi Chichi 😃
Thanks for your summer vacation 🌻 and your drinking trip 🤗.
We both looked back at your comment and said how well you know how to travel, how you look at people, and how great you are 🥹!
Let's meet again 👋

Jay & Nobby, here we go again 😊.
You know very well that I'm just an ordinary person when you actually meet me 😆.
That aside, I look forward to working with you next year 🤲.
Tsubu-chan, here we go again 😊.
Oh no, not even you!
I'm not going to get anything out of you even if you do wish me well 😄.
Oh, if it's a Hakata Amao🍓 candy, I'll gladly send it to you!
Strawberry 🍓 is at least Hakata Ai ❤️
Senryo Otokoyama from Miyako City.
A sake that does not give that clear an impression.
Is it better to say it is clear or transparent? Characteristic of water? It may go well with lightly flavored dishes.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Rice used: Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture
Yeast used: G240
Sake meter degree: +1 to +2
Sake from Iwate, which came to us as part of a hometown tax payment.
It is said to be a commemorative sake for the reconstruction of Miyako after the earthquake.
It is a dry type, firm and dark, with a little sourness.
It was a set of two bottles, so it would have been nice to compare them together, but as expected, opening two bottles by myself was too much to drink.
Tonight we had #Senryo Otokoyama Jungin Yunokou from #Hishiya Sake Brewery in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture, as yesterday.
I had teriyaki mitsu for dinner, but it didn't go well with the gentle sweetness of this sake at all...
The best match was sauteed spinach and shimeji mushrooms with smoked cheese. And the best match was takuan (pickled radish) with ume vinegar.
Tonight I had Iwate sake for the first time in a while. I had #Senryo Otokoyama Dry Honjozo from #Hishiya Sake Brewery in Miyako City with hand-rolled sushi for dinner.
It has almost no aroma and does not spoil the sushi, but the delicious rice flavor matches the vinegared rice. It has a nice sharpness that makes both the meal and the sake more enjoyable.
I ate raw fish for the first time in a while today, so I think I ate a little too much rather than drank too much.
Today, I would like to share with you a sake from my hometown tax return.
Originally, I started "Sake-no-wa" as a reminder for myself.
But I got curious about the blank space on the map of Japan, so I paid tax to Iwate prefecture.
Senryo Otokoyama, so called "dry". Otokoyama...it tastes like a man.
Sake from Miyako.
I remember I took the Sanriku Railway from Miyako to Kuji once, before the earthquake.
