Tonight I had Iwate sake for the first time in a while. I had #Senryo Otokoyama Dry Honjozo from #Hishiya Sake Brewery in Miyako City with hand-rolled sushi for dinner.
It has almost no aroma and does not spoil the sushi, but the delicious rice flavor matches the vinegared rice. It has a nice sharpness that makes both the meal and the sake more enjoyable.
I ate raw fish for the first time in a while today, so I think I ate a little too much rather than drank too much.
