Hazy and transparent. Slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee. Smooth mouthfeel. Slightly mellow nose reminiscent of grapes with a firm acidity and astringency. Medium lingering finish. Aromatic and mellow sake.
Warmed to human skin
The sweetness, umami, and fruity flavors are delicious, and the final alcoholic sensation is mellowed.
You can't stop drinking it.
I was surprised at the difference between cold and room temperature, as I didn't feel the sweetness.
I was surprised at the difference. I realized that different temperatures give different impressions.
Junmai Ginjo, light and dry
It has a rich, yet refreshing taste. It is orthodox light and dry. Good for the beginning of drinking and suitable for the first half of a party.
Sakaegawa's Kasumisake, which I was curious about at the liquor store.
I had it immediately.
The first sip was just the supernatant. It was fresh, fruity, and sweet!
The second sip was taken by shaking the bottle to mix in the sedimented lees.
It tasted even better!
As one would expect from Eikawa. It is an easy-drinking sake with the full sweetness and umami of rice.
The aftertaste is also sweet, and it goes on and on.
But I want to be patient and enjoy the changes in taste after a few days, so I leave half of the sake.
Purchased at Maya
I've had Aizu Ryugasawa before, but this is my first Eikawa.
The initial aroma is pear-like. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness like green apple. Not too sweet and dry, like a cider.
