Today's brand of local sake is Kinryo Super Dry Brew from Kagawa Prefecture!
I loved the ease of drinking with a refreshing aftertaste!
I served it with Spanish mackerel boiled in soy sauce (^^).
I went to Kagawa Prefecture for the first time last year and it was really great!
