Purchased at Maya I've had Aizu Ryugasawa before, but this is my first Eikawa. The initial aroma is pear-like. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness like green apple. Not too sweet and dry, like a cider.

There is sake in Tohoku. The owner of Aji Sodara Okachimachi in Izu, whose parents are from Fukushima, also has sake from Fukushima. The quality of Fukushima sake goes without saying. From the sweet aroma, the taste is less sweet and full-bodied.

⭐︎ Last night we drank our way through a party for a business partner 😏. It was a beer festival, but you can order additional sake and wine. Eikawa Jungin 美山錦@5.000円. Sake from Aizuwakamatsu is delicious. It is refreshing with a fresh, clean, and refreshing aroma. Is it a food sake with elegant acidity and the delicious flavor of sake rice? It goes well with cheesy hors d'oeuvres and samba. 　Beer x 2 → Sakaegawa → Hokusetsu → white wine → lemon sour → high ball

I visited a long-established liquor store that I had been curious about, told the owner what I liked, and bought this sake among several recommendations. It was not fruity, but had a strong sweetness from the rice, and was dry, crisp, and refreshing!
