Eikawa => Eisen, right?
I can feel the rice-like taste 🌾.
Slightly refreshing drink ✨
I like this one out of the three ♡.

My sister and I have a difference of opinion.
I guess we all have different tastes in sake.

Last night we drank our way through a party for a business partner 😏.
It was a beer festival, but you can order additional sake and wine.
Eikawa Jungin 美山錦@5.000円.
Sake from Aizuwakamatsu is delicious.
It is refreshing with a fresh, clean, and refreshing aroma.
Is it a food sake with elegant acidity and the delicious flavor of sake rice?
It goes well with cheesy hors d'oeuvres and samba.
Beer x 2 → Sakaegawa → Hokusetsu → white wine → lemon sour → high ball
I visited a long-established liquor store that I had been curious about, told the owner what I liked, and bought this sake among several recommendations.
It was not fruity, but had a strong sweetness from the rice, and was dry, crisp, and refreshing!
