Just the right amount of dryness.
I tried it once with oden broth + hot sake, but that didn't work too well.
I think it is best served cold or at room temperature.
Tenkagami Corporation, Eigawa - Autumn Agari Junmai Sake
Chiyonishiki from the Aizu district of Fukushima Prefecture
The aroma that passes from the oral cavity to the nasal cavity, for a brief moment, felt like the wine of Torrontés, Argentina
Got it on a business trip to Tohoku
First time in Eikawa.
It is served cold.
It is a clear and dry sake.
It is a cup sake, but it is not to be underestimated.
There is sake in Tohoku.
Annual event.
Can't start without it.
100% Miyamanishiki from Aizu
A gem made with Utsukushima sparkling yeast
It has a nice sharpness, but it is mellow, and the spiciness comes at first, followed by a lingering sweetness...delicious!
The label on the back of the bottle has a nice touch that wasn't there last year. A chic thoughtfulness!
This is not a omikuji, but as I haven't drawn a fortune this year, as a New Year's man, I'm kind of happy ✨.
