ハガネWe will have ika shumai (squid shumai) with warmed Tamasakura nigori and smoked fugu (puffer fish) with warmed daiginjo. The nigori was nice and thick, and the daiginjo was easy to drink even when it was heated and the smell rose to the surface.

いっかいやすみI was planning to buy a dry one, but the impact of -30% sake made me buy it. When I opened the lid, the yeast woke up at once. Bubbles were rising from the bottom of the bottle. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a pleasant bubbling sensation. There is no impression that the sake is as sweet as the sake level, and the aftertaste is rather refreshing. Is the high sake level partly due to the unrefined sake? I will learn more about this from now on. It is indeed sweet and sour, but it seems to go well with meals. By the way, I enjoyed it with sour pickled sours and other sour foods.

JunJunThe acidity of the mellow, slightly carbonated taste and the vivid, slightly stimulating taste that clings to the tongue are good.

ゆきべろ(仮)☆ I bought some rakkyo-ten from my favorite fish cake shop. I bought this sake from my favorite fish cake shop and opened it: ‼️ It's recommended to be heated, but with a 4-gou I often try to drink it cold at first 🫡. I also have jakkoten and cheese tempura! I'm looking forward to it after tomorrow. #TamaSakura Sake Brewery #Gin Sakura #Ginmangoku #Junmai #Cold sake #Shimane #Low-cost Series

かうぽんShimane Matsue Jizake House Tsunematsu The aroma is classic. It is a dry, rich, delicious sake. We enjoyed it with grilled pork shabu-shabu with spicy miso mayonnaise and potherb mustard rolls. It has a strong flavor, so it goes well with miso. I heard that it gets sweeter when heated, but I finished it at room temperature. Next time, I would like to try heating it up.

さなDRice used is Gohyakumangoku and Chusei Shin Senbon. This is good! It goes great with yakiniku (grilled meat). ‼️ My partner and I drank it together and finished it in no time. The sweetness is round and pleasant. The sweetness is round and pleasant with a clean aftertaste, making it very easy to drink. For me, it is a soft drink. It was delicious. ❣️

付喪神Good morning, Sana D. 🍶. I've been thinking about drinking this sake every year, but haven't had a chance to drink it yet. Hmmm, maybe next year I should get some? My mouth tastes like a squall right now🤭.

さしゅーThe other day I had a drinking party with my classmates from college (^o^) and this is the sake we got there. It was cold, so I had this! It was my first time to try a warmed Tamasakura! It looks golden and smells like Shaoxing sake with various aromas of apple, soy sauce, and rice! When you drink it, it has a soft sweetness and umami, then sourness and bitterness, and the aftertaste is surprisingly dry and clean, which is typical of Ihyakumangoku. It is a sake that slowly calms the mind! It is delicious and never gets old. It is the same sake but in a different style! It's also delicious, and I've rediscovered the goodness of sake! I haven't been drinking heated sake lately, so I think I'll start.

しんじょうI drank it at an event called "Hoshizora Stand". The aroma of the sake was so strong as it warmed up, and I was so excited even before the sake warmer was used. When you drink it, you will be hit with a very dry, aromatic, deep and rich Tamasakura taste! However, it has a very good and light taste. This makes me drink too much! As it cools down, the lightness becomes more noticeable, so I feel this is only for warming up. It's good enough to be cooled down, but it's too good to be heated up! When cold, it scores 95 out of 100, but when heated it scores about 145, so there's a big difference. I don't know if it was the warm weather or what, but there were very few people heating up the sake. I'm afraid the heated sake culture will die out with global warming.

アラジンHello Shinjo 😃 Heated sake outside, it's great ☺️ And I'm curious about Tamakura's heated sake, it scores 145 out of 100 😳🤩. We need to spread the word about heated sake 🍶 in the middle of summer with the air conditioner on, just like ice cream with a kotatsu in the middle of winter 😁.

ポンちゃんHello, Shinjou 🐦. 145 points! It looks very delicious ❣️ I like the way it smells like you said 😊The other day I had it with Japanese sweets and it was like a sweet tea and I was so relieved 😌I don't want to lose the culture 🥹.

しんじょうHello Mr. Aladdin. It gets cold fast outside, but I like it. I really want to have a chance to try heated sake, too. I also think heated sake is better in winter!

しんじょうHello Mr. Pon-chan! I got a good bottle of sake when it was heated up and smelled good! I think so. I also do it with Japanese sweets when they are on sale at a discount, but it doesn't seem to be very popular. I'm sure it's delicious! Everyone should start with kenbishi and manju!

ひるぺこGood evening, Shinjou-san. Tamasakura is delicious, isn't it? I'm drinking Gohyakumangoku right now and it's delicious 🍶♨️ I had to chuckle when Shinjo's score is not only 145 for heated sake, but 95 for cold sake as well 😆👍

しんじょうGood evening, Mr. Hirupeko. After all, Gohyakumangoku is absolutely perfect! It has a slightly stronger impact and is delicious, but if you drink it at home, Gohyakumangoku is better because you can drink it for a longer time! When I was born in Osaka, I always exaggerate the score.
