The label is not clear at first glance, but it appears to be a brand called Mutsugorozan from Tocho. I quite like Saga sake with a sweet fruity taste, so I have high expectations for this one.
The taste is delicious, with the sweet fruity flavor of Saga coming through well. I remember thinking that it has some acidity.
The brewer commented that it goes well with cheese and chicken. It certainly seems to be a good match.
This time I bought 6 bottles at Hankyu Umeda and the brewer's festival😄.
This sake is from Saga, Ureshino city, famous for its hot springs.
The sake rice is Reihou. It seems to be a sake rice grown in northern Kyushu. First time 😄.
It has a soft mouthfeel, soft sweetness, and slowly slips away, all in a gentle way (*^^*).
When I looked it up, it was made with Association No. 9 yeast. I'm convinced 😄.
Soft mouthfeel characteristic (≧∇≦)
I am impressed that such a sake can be made with a rice polishing ratio of 68% 😊.
It is a delicious sake 🍶.
It was served cold.
I felt that the sake alone was a little sour, but when served with a meal, it did not bother me at all.
I think it is delicious and complements both!
Thank you very much.
It was about 1300 yen at Isetan Yokohama. about 1,300 yen at Isetan Yokohama

Takashimaya Sake Festival
I always look for something other than my favorite sake at this kind of sales event.
If I go around without thinking, I end up buying only dry sake that I like!
That's where I found Tocho!
Tocho is a sake brewery in Ureshino, Saga.
It was my first time to see it!
I want to go to Ureshino Onsen (hot spring), so I tasted some sake to prepare for the trip!
I've only been to Saga for horse races, but next time I want to go there properly!
I tasted Keimon, which has a very elegant sweetness from the rice.
It is a sweet pure rice!
It is very smooth and crisp, rich but light!
Then I bought Junmai Junmai.
I was told that it was meant to be lukewarm, and from the image I got from tasting it, I thought it looked good and made a decision right away!
As I expected, this sake also has an elegant sweet taste, but this one has a strong acidity and a sharp taste!
The aroma has the texture of a responsive sake!
Warmed to lukewarm, it is even more relaxing!
It has a very drinkable flavor and strength, and I'm almost ready to finish it just by heating it up to lukewarm!
I heard that there are many local Honjozo sake available in this area, so I am looking forward to drinking it!

Tocho had an image of being quite sweet.
When we tried it, we found it to be sweet and light, but it is a delicious sake with a solid flavor and acidity.
It makes you think that if the taste is strong, the sweetness and spiciness are just a bonus.
This sake was so delicious. The waiter recommended that I lick salt off the sake before drinking it, and the taste changed drastically! I highly recommend it.
