The day before I left for Osaka last month, I went to visit the breweries of Segashira Sake Brewery in Tocho and Gomachida Sake Brewery in Toichi.
Both breweries are next to each other, and as many of you may know, Gomachida is a branch of Secho (by the way, Kinegawa in Nagasaki is also a branch).
I didn't know that Tocho was named by Takashi Hara and MacArthur liked to drink it...
I bought it at a liquor store in Saga station on my way home.
Cold sake.
Rich aroma of nuts and cheese
Easy to drink and smooth on the palate.
Moderate sweetness with a crisp aftertaste
Compared to Toichi, Tocho seems to be more mellow sake.

Good morning 😁The liquor store I frequent recommends Azumacho, but I tried it once and for some reason I'm put off 😅I think I'll try it next time.
