Hmmm, what about this one?
It has a sake feel, but there is almost no umami, acidity, or pungency.
It doesn't have that "just plain hot" kind of tingling sensation, and it's like you're consuming alcohol in a calm, unobtrusive way.
It may go well with anything because there is no assertion at all, but it is not interesting to drink a sake that doesn't say anything at all.
If it were a mobile suit, it would be Jim.
At Kusatsu Onsen Genji
I have not been able to upload Kusatsu Onsen, so I will do so gradually!
After leaving the company after half a day, we went to Nagai Shokudo, a restaurant famous for its "motsu-ni" (boiled vegetables). The parking lot was almost full. However, I was able to get a seat right away and had my long-awaited motsu-tei! It was delicious, garlicky, spicy, and tasty!
It was fast, and the owner? She's funny and fun.
Now, here is another popular restaurant in Kusatsu, Genji!
I was also attracted to the local sake, Asamayama, Shiboritate, but I toasted with a local sake! No, it was beer, the toast.
( ˊInsert a beer...)
Genji is also popular for their horse sashimi! I also love the meaty mussels. I also recommend their sake selection.
2023 Year in Review. We had it at Meisei Horumon Ghibier.
Asamayama Summer Jun" Junmai (Kitashizuku) [Asama Shuzo, Gunma].
A refreshing summer sake. Slightly acidic on the palate?
The taste is just an atmosphere, but it emphasizes the refreshing feeling, and you can feel that it is well chilled on the tongue. It is summer, isn't it?
After the "cool" feeling, the slight bitterness and numbness of the alcohol taste comes in a flurry.
It is the perfect summer sake. It will increase your appetite.
