The fifth and final sake at Miho's Heated Brewery was also from a new brewery, Kumezakura Sake Brewery's Kumezakura!
This time it was a cape!
The menu description said something about "Welcome to a new world (I forgot the exact description)", so I ordered it for the last time!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It has a very strong and rich aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly refreshing.
The complexity and acidity are very unique.
But it is good that it does not interfere with the meal at all!
It was a new discovery for me that this kind of sake also exists!
I drank a lot today!
It was a blissful day full of sake from lunch to dinner!
The third picture is a good thing that happened last week! I finally won the lottery for Jikin-sama this year!
I'm looking forward to drinking it now, but I don't know when I'll make up my mind to drink it!
Kano, thank you so much here too!
I was also inspired by a heated review I saw recently which led me to today's sake activity 😁✨✨.
Next week the temperature is supposed to drop quite a bit, so Kano-san, please warm up with some warm sake 😋!
Good morning, ma-ki-, ☺️
Kumezakura is a very fancy name 😳.
I'm also interested in the unique and refreshing taste 🤤.
Congratulations on the drawing for the Jikin-sama 🎉🎉.
Let's put it to sleep until the coming day 🥰👍
Hi ma-ki-😃
I have never seen a sake called Kumezakura before. Your lineup is very unique for a heated sake store.
Congratulations on the drawing for the Jikin ㊗️ I know you enjoy sake even when you are thinking about when to open it 🤗.
Thank you, Afio!
The label is also unique 😁.
The taste is surprisingly refreshing and unique for the aroma 😋.
I was so happy to receive your email that I squealed when I got it 🤣.
I'm going to enjoy it with all my heart 😍
Thank you, Hiro-san!
So there are sakes that even Hiro-san doesn't know about 😲.
I did see a lot of sakes from the west, which I felt is only possible in a heated sake store 😋.
I think I'll enjoy looking at the Jikon every so often as you said 😁.
Thank you very much, Fuku!
I know 🎵Leisurely soaking up the delicious sake at noon is already the ultimate in bliss 😍😍.
This is why we can't stop drinking 😁✨✨.
I'm thrilled that Jikin-sama was not selected this year because of a series of failures: ❣️
No, what the hell... lol.
I was like. Appearance.
When I drank it, it was sour wow!
It's like a more astringent and sour version of calpis!
But somehow, the aftertaste is light and rather addictive.
I drank it because it has the same name as the Levistroth book which is not very easy to read.
It tastes not very easy to drink, but naturals? Maybe it's the wild taste.

I forgot to write down my thoughts on the series 🤣𐤔
I'm done with this since there are no more left...

The "Not Enough Series!"
As well as Saika Ara from Itakura Sake Brewery
I was surprised to taste sake for the first time 🍶-.
Unlike Saika Ara, Kumezakura's unique aroma was added.
I thought I had a vague idea of what it tasted like, but...
You have to drink it to understand the taste.
I got bored after drinking a third of it, so I left it alone for now👍.
⬇Addition (2025.03)
I left it for 10 months and drank it at room temperature to lukewarm...
I think it tastes better...
Maybe it's just a feeling: ⁉️
If Saika Ara is a white wine, it might be a strong rosé wine... 💭 I don't know.
I don't know... 🤣𐤔
I'll try it again when I have a snack that goes well with white wine 🚙💨

Recommended Kumezakura🌸
It has a nice sense of maturity and graininess. I also like the fact that the acidity is not noticeable.
It can also be served hot. It was a good one to drink slowly.
Sake has a wide range.
After this, I caught a cold that didn't cause a fever, so I had a hard time. Corona seems to be going around, so everyone take care of yourselves!
Pensées (French: Pensées) is a posthumous book published by the family of Blaise Pascal, in which he wrote down his thoughts for publication. It is a noun derived from the French verb penser (to think), meaning "idea," "thought," or "thought.
