I bought some Hanaizumi nigori in the winter: ❄️
It's been more than half a year, but I'm not sure if it's as shuwashy as Hirotogawa nigori.
I opened it with trepidation because of its activity, but it was quiet...it seems to be the type that settles down over time.
The aroma is sour and citrusy.
When the supernatant is included, it is chiri-chiri-chi. The rice sweetness comes with a slightly smooth mouthfeel, and it finishes with a bitter, refreshing sensation.
When mixed, it has the flavor of rice, but the crispness increases?
This is delicious, but tastes even better when drunk right after you buy it ✨It's still perfect for a gutty meal!
